Fast and reliable transfer of data files
What do you like best about the product?
No bottlenecks. Aspera is fast reliable automated solution. Option for manual transfers is really helpful. Secure and versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is costly as compared to its peers. Also its usability is slightly conplex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborated transfer among teams is now easier. Speed and reliability and the automation are greatly helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
This is like powerful and efficient solution for business that provide high speed file transfers . On cloud it has remarkable speed and highly reliable with minimal downtime . I recommend it to any business who looking to streamline their data transfer operations. IBM customer service was very supportive if you face any issue anywhere .
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the dislike but IBM aspera on cloud is not the most budget friendly option in market but if we make a points on their feature it's worthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We working on data migration projects basically and migrating the large files containing data in TB is always challenging to us , the speed of migration the files from server to cloud too slow . So we use this and it really reduced the transfer time .
As a Test Engineer, we create a lot Test data and to centralise them we used aspera just like a gem

As a Saas product, it's easy to access

The price model which needs to be stable and not dependent on the size of data transferred.
Also, the In-progress transfers gets failed when an updation attempt comes up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My major solution it provided was the less exposure of Test data for financial data bases. Carrying sensitive IDs and as it's in bulk size. IBM Aspera helped a lot in transmitting in easy and effective manner

While pros are more the thing which i disliked is pricing it is a bit pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While dealing with large set of user data transfer it is helping a lot, earlier it used to take a ton lf time with existing service and our productivity was low. Now we have got ample time to work on other innovative stuff.

This tool helped in high speed data transfers to efficiently move huge volumes of data without the fear of it getting currupted. It has huge limit of sharing data as it can easily share gb's of data in less time as compared to traditional methods. Additionally it offer security which is cherry on cake.
