We use webmethods for our messaging platforms and API management.
What do you like best about the product?
The software performs a pivotal role in enabling our message delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing negative that can be said.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to control and manage our message transmission to multiple aggregators and use business rules to make sure delivery is successful etc.

The best API integration platform available in a competitive world of integration experts.

Ease to use, no programming, many functionalities included, excellent ESB, full integration to any software. Flexible to create any business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The development of user interfaces and tasks (CAF) are not so friendly sometimes, depend on the functionality we are looking to implement. Deliver a complete solution with Low-code development tools or DPA (Dynamic Process Automation) to improve UX.

What do you like best about the product?
We can connect from anywhere. The integration cloud has a powerful UI which is user friendly and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance is little bit slow as the application deals on UI.

SoftwareAG webMethods Integration Suite provides solutions for all integration needs.

Some of the products need some time to get to the maturity level.

We are using SoftwareAG webMethods for almost all our integration needs.

I worked for multiple clients and they are very happy about the product,as an implementer its good.

Its very easy to use even complex logics

Deployment is bit confusing but the over all product is good.

Mainly I used for A2A and B2B both are very easy to implement rather than normal webmethods.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its very good product in the market it will be very helpful for clients who is going to by this product and who is using this product to implement.
webMethods Integration cloud is good for learning or creating POC, but i never tried it in prod.

Simplicity & training that was describing step by step

So far nothing to dislike about it. Probably more testing is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are already using webMethods On Prem version, so we were mostly exploring features in the online cloud version.

build good use case for you to adopt webMethods cloud version based on your business requirements, regulatory requirements and budget.
