Good, but finnicky product at times

What do you like best about the product?
It's very good for the intended purpose of being able to run integrations on a server. They have good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can be finnicky at times and run into issues that will require you to restart the server, or perform larger fixes with help of customer support, which can slow progress significantly at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We develop software integrations, which is the intended use of this product, and it is good for that.

What do you like best about the product?
It has all end to end components required for Business.
What do you dislike about the product?
A less rigid documentation needs to be provided for the people to understand the product faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All integration needs required in the business is been used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More marketing is required and the companies focus should be on the product instead of providing IT services like other services companies,
