Insights and Dashboard, Easy to figure out AWS resources Cost. Alert notification integration, Insightful recommendations in CK Tuner.
What do you dislike about the product?
No connectivity with resources, like AWS Marketplace resources like Mongo ( Support for it would be helpful in Billing Justifications and Cost tracking ).
API Support for making custom dashboard, Or THe feature to make custom dashboards, I think it should be a top priority to create dashboard in Cloudkeeper, on different filters , as for example team wise costs.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudKeeper has significantly improved our visibility into AWS costs with better reporting and cost tracking tools. Their security audits stand out—they're detailed and give us peace of mind. The support team is highly responsive and quick to address any issues we raise. Most importantly, they've helped us achieve substantial cost savings across our infrastructure. If live chat support were added in the future, it would make an already great experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing we particularly dislike, but one area for improvement would be the addition of live chat support. Having a real-time communication option could make it even easier to connect with the team and get quick resolutions when needed.

CloudKeeper has helped us address challenges around cloud cost visibility, reporting accuracy, and spend optimization. Before the switch, tracking usage patterns and identifying savings opportunities was time-consuming and limited. The UI is more intuitive than AWS Cost Explorer. Navigating through cost analytics and dashboards is straightforward.
Setting up CloudKeeper was quick—we were up and running within 5 minutes.
Also the support team at CloudKeeper is outstanding. They're always available for meetings providing proactive recommendations.
Overall, CloudKeeper has significantly enhanced our ability to manage and optimize AWS costs efficiently.

Not able to purchase partial reservations, some of the peers are providing 6 months or even 3 months reservation purchases.

Nothing to dislike. We had a hard deadline for the migration it got started bit late but still got completed on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped in CDN migration from Akamai to AWS. Cloudkeer is helping us with our AWS INFRA which makes our work easy and our issues gets resolved on time.

It gives a Clear breakdown of our AWS spending and helps find ways to save money without affecting performance. The dashboard is easy to use and shows daily and monthly expenses, which makes budgeting a lot easier.

Everything is going in the right direction but sometimes, the dashboard takes time to update with the latest cost data. Faster updates would make it much more helpful.

For a developer, Cloudkeeper reduces the time spent worrying about cloud costs. It allows me to focus more on developing and optimising applications.
