I really like it
What do you like best about the product?
Im just used to it so I can't see myself using anything else...I like the links to folders for clients to upload or for others to review files
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess that I'm getting so many other cloud options that things are getting placed in different clouds and some are larger and free
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing does with buyers with just a link and for that confidential info to expire
I use Dropbox to share documents and collaborate with family and coleagues
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to colaborate across multiple devices with different technologies. I use it everyday. I like the features that allow collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limit on the number of devices that you can connect with a basic account and the constant advertising to upgrade plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with people working in different time-zones across multiple technologies
Dropbox makes my digital life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a small business owner and i can easily access all of my important files whereever I am located. I can even view documents when i do not have access to the internet. I love the password keeper. i have been easily able to access my passwords from my computer, my phone and my ipad. I use Dropbox every day since all of my documents back up to Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The password generator should be easier to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to work from different locations without having to bring all of my files with me. Dropbox saves me time. I am an attorney and my time is my product. The more efficient I am the happier my clients are.
Digitizing Historic Documents at a Historic Site
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use. We can upload scans of historic documents from other apps like Adobe Scan. We can access these docuemnts from anywhere meaning that not only do we frequently use Dropbox in house but we can also let outside researchers who can't come to us access the documents. Tagging things has added even more ease and useability to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike about Dropbox. We've never had to reach out to customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can digitize histoirc documents to preserve them. That preservation is aided by the fact that we don't have to access the originals but can access these scans and can use them anywhere rather than just in the archive room
Best platform for External document sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Its probably the only platform that I have come across that allows document sharing with external domains and this is such a useful feature to me.

Its pricing is a bit on the higher side,

Flawless, works with PC, MAc and Iphone. Robust and always online. I couldn't ask for me.

Well, I wish I could have all the download links coming from my domain name.

It helps my clients download my software tools, while allowing me to check all the files from multiple synchronized locations

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the convenience of accessing my documents and files from multiple computers and devices. I’m currently using the BASIC Plan, but thus far it’s been adequate for my purposes. I’ve been using Dropbox since it’s early infancy, so I’ve become attached, and I’ve been watching the company grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, dropbox made you jump through a bunch of hoops, in order to gain more storage space. I’ve done so, so the space I’ve acquired is okay. Now a days, cloud storage is governed by subscription, along with everything else, i.e., Netflix, Spotify, or cell phone coverage. I get it, I’m just not able to pay for another service indefinitely right now. I truly enjoyed paying ONE price, [One and DONE] and the product and/or service was yours! Don’t get me wrong, I understand the overhead, and maintenance to ensure the service stays up and running and accessible 24/7/365 takes man-power, time and money.I wish there was a less expensive service instead of the $119.88/year. Currently I’m able to connect to 3 devices, I wish it were 4 devices!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring I have the correct device with me when trying to access documents, and files remotely. I just have to ensure I have the correct devices on me.
Excellent Resource for Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Simple integration. Incredible amount of storage available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything about DropBox that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DropBox allows me to securely forward large files to clients and colleagues.
Everything organized and stored in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It’s organized, automatically uploads photos. It's great how it integrates with other apps and services, such as Adobe, to easily edit files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes certain files cannot be read or saved properly, or become unreadable over time for some reason. Uploads can be slow and the search function isn't always accurate.

Helps turn in assignments for school
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox helps to transfer different documents from one app to another. One example is with this app called canva it helped me download a file to dropbox so I could turn in the right document form for an assignment. I use it anytime I turn in pdf's or jpg's.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could change the format of the document for example be able to change a jpg to a pdf. At first,I thought that we could do that in Dropbox but I realized it was moslty just to send documents to other or from on site to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know if dropbox has solved what I want to have in dropbox but it has helped me greatly with turing in assignment with ease.
