Makes Sharing Files Way Less Annoying
Reviewed on Jun 10, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has become one of those tools I don't really think about until I need it, and that's honestly a good thing. It just works. Whether I'm sharing files with coworkers, backing up important documents, or sending large files that would never survive an email attachment, Dropbox handles it without much drama.
The thing I like most is how simple everything feels. Upload a file, grab a link, send it. Done. Syncing between devices is also pretty reliable, so I can start something on my laptop and pick it up later on my phone without stressing about versions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Free storage disappears fast if you're working with a lot of photos, videos, or project files. Some of the more advanced features can also feel a little buried in the interface when you're trying to find them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit has been having a central place where files can be stored, synced, and shared quickly. It has made collaboration smoother, reduced time spent searching for documents, and allowed team members to access the latest versions of files from anywhere. Overall, it has improved productivity and made file management much less stressful.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox stands out for its ease of use, reliable file synchronization, and secure collaboration features, making it simple for teams to access and share files from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement is storage management and file organization, especially for large teams with significant amounts of data. Additionally, syncing large files can sometimes be slow, and managing permissions across multiple shared folders can become complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps eliminate file accessibility and collaboration challenges by keeping files synchronized and available in one place. This saves time, improves productivity, and makes it easier to work with colleagues and stakeholders.

Flexible and multi-device cloud storage for working online
Reviewed on Jun 07, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Possibility of cloud storage from multiple devices; mobile, tablet, and PC. Add its potential to work online with more than one device connected to the same user account, allowing the storage of various files and digital formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a cloud storage platform and application, it only offers its users 2 GB of storage in its free version, or "free" version. It should, like other platforms, offer greater capacity in gigabytes for storing files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both its online platform and the app offer the possibility to connect from various terminals. The mobile web and desktop web are versatile, lightweight, and do not demand many resources from the system of the devices. We could point out that it allows for smooth work with various digital media when storing information or images.

Useful and stable for collaborating in the cloud, although I prefer Google Drive
Reviewed on Jun 05, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful to have files in the cloud when working collaboratively, it provides speed and gives you a digital repository that anyone can review remotely. It is easy to understand and manage for users of all levels, and its price is justified if you are looking for a way to document processes in an orderly manner. I haven't tried it in integrations yet nor have I required support, which speaks well of the system's stability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tend to prefer Google Drive as it offers an integrated package of tools for the same price. Its widespread use also makes things much easier with clients and users with little digital proficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations could be strengthened, the tool is very good but also very specific. I can't see the value of this function as an isolated element.

Seamless file syncing across devices and an intuitive interface make accessing and managing files feel effortless. Strong collaboration tools, clear version history, and helpful integrations further boost productivity while keeping data reliable and easy to trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be relatively high compared to competitors, particularly for larger storage plans. In enterprise environments, the limited advanced admin controls and occasional sync delays can also reduce efficiency and make day-to-day management more challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox centralizes file storage and makes it easy to share and collaborate across teams, reducing reliance on email threads and local drives. It improves accessibility, supports reliable backup and version control, and ultimately boosts productivity and overall workflow efficiency.
