Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
This is, by far, one of the easiest to use of the "cloud storage" options I have found. The seamless transition from uploading from my phone to uploading from my laptop is awesome. I can access the files from anywhere, the uploading takes almost no time at all, and the general layout of the site (both on desktop and on mobile) is super easy to use and pretty intuitive. It is painless to share links with others, so if you have a file that is too big for email, Dropbox fixes that in an instant. The "free" version even comes with 2 GB of space included.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that isn't helpful is the upgrade options for the amount of space they offer. While they give you 2GB free, the only upgrade options are what I deem excessively high for both the amount of space they offer (the next tier up is 2000GB for $119.88, and the space offered goes up from there). Having a teir somewhere between the 2GB and 2000GB would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox enables me to share larger files that I am unable to email with the people that I work with.
Scanning & Organizing on another level
What do you like best about the product?
It's so intuitive at recognizing paperwork that you don't even have to press the capture button. Just holding your phone over for mere seconds and it captures on its own. This has made scanning documents a real time saver for me. Also, organizing multiple folders and sharing with other team members is very simple and user friendly. Lastly, my company has integrated this with our website to allow end users to upload to a shared folder which then the content is automatically is uploaded to our servers /website for storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the biggest hassle is sometimes when scanning a document it will capture the background or come out blurry. Laying it on a flat surface is the ideal setup and solves this. But I frequently catch myself needing to scan on the go or in my car.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff use to send us blurry, crooked, and wrong format of scanned documents (jpg instead of pdf). Dropbox has resolved this issue by allowing the user to choose the format as well as letting them review before upload to ensure everything is straight and clear.
Good option for cloud storage but there's better services out there.
What do you like best about the product?
Whether you are looking for an online portal or an installed application, Dropbox has a good track record for storing your data. They've been around the block more than once due to longevity in the online storage sector. It is simple to upload and download documents as necessary, making it a solid application for personal and business applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox offers what companies like Google have for a steeper price. I do like Dropbox still but due to ease of access I choose to use Google Drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since cloud storage is a pretty basic service, the only thing that benefits me is keeping their data up as long as I have internet. They have definitely perfected this.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has just a limit of 2GB which less that the other cloud provides. Also there is no search functionality available to find in files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very effective in terms of maintaining and managing the files on cloud and collaborate with team with sharing the files with right permissions.
Dropbox is the OG (Original) of digital cloud storage.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox did it first and they did it well. Over the years they have donme nothing but improved their product. I use dropbox daily between colleagues. Its easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Google has worked on a few options in terms of collaboration since they have a suite. Drop box is a one trick pony, but they do it well. They do not have a ton of features. My company is trying to move to all Google Drive because of its integration of the google business suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My school uses this to share documents between teachers. We also used it to share documents with parents as well. There is a collaboration that works weel between teachers.

Frequent reminders when you don't sign in regularly
You lose your files if you don't keep subscribed. This wasn't always the case.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy collaboration and also simple sync function
A secure way to share your files on the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
With Dropbox you can simply share folders on your computer with other users and easily send or edit files. Complete management even if you just want to send the link for a file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only flaw is that with free accounts the space available for sharing files is very limited and perhaps should be increased
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send or receive files from colleagues and collaborators every day, simply by synchronizing the folders on Dropbox. Simplicity and notable time saving.
Dropbox definitely makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create whole files to be shared to as many or as few people as I would like. Dropbox has made sharing ideas between small business collabs so much easier and more convenient as everything is in one place for all of us to view simultaneously or separately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The storage capacity without paying for the services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing all of our work to be available in one workspace instead of in multiple to be shared via email or files. This way we are all looking at exactly the same docs, same file formats, etc
Dropbox Basic Plan
What do you like best about the product?
When my friends and I would go on trips, we'd use dropbox to share our photos from the trips. It was easy to use, but to be honest, not much different than using iCloud, Google Drive / Google Photos. For businesses, it's a great source for sharing documents and receiving signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. If we can save in areas, then we'll save. Depending on how long you need your documents for, you may be okay with just getting the Basic Plan and not needing to expand your storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails will restrict how large of a file you can share, and it's easier to view multiple files at one time.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is extremely easy to use. Navigation is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my personal frequency of use, there aren't any real issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides us with a central location for our files.
