Make collecting signatures easy and convenient with Dropbox Business
What do you like best about the product?
We love Dropbox Business for its versatility and ease of use. With it, we can store, manage, and share our files across multiple devices quickly and securely. Furthermore, we appreciate the various tasks that can be automated, such as document approvals and backups. With a single click, we can access all company data stored in a central, secure location - making it easy for teams to collaborate efficiently. Dropbox Business is one of the best tools available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Dropbox Business automatically synchronizes changes across all your devices, technical issues can sometimes prevent files from syncing. Therefore, if you don't see a tick next to an item's name in its history log, it may not be up-to-date with other users' versions - leading to confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox Business makes accessing and sharing documents in the cloud quick and easy. Collaborating with colleagues is made easier when you do not have to worry about pen drives or emailing files back and forth.
Not Sure What I’d Do Without it
What do you like best about the product?
I love storing all of my assets in the cloud and being able to access them from all of my devices. I feel confident that they are safe and secure. It's easy to search for them and find them as compared to other cloud storage tools. I also like how easy it is to transfer the files from a desktop or phone onto dropbox and vice verse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the automatic backup function to be confusing. Sometimes when I delete something from my computer, it also deletes it from Dropbox, and I feel like that is totally besides the point of the backup. It's scary because I might lose my stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to share large files instead of email them. It allows quick exchange of information. I also like the ability to password protect certain documents. I'm more efficient because of this software.
Secure Business Collaboration and Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Since I have been utilizing Dropbox Business for a number of years, I can vouch for its superior quality. Both expert and inexperienced users will find the user interface to be quite simple to use and understand. Additionally, it makes it simple to share enormous files with coworkers. Just drag and drop your files into the appropriate folder, click "Share," select the recipients, and presto! Quick completion of the task. In terms of usability, I don't believe any other cloud storage company even comes close. The admin tools are excellent as well, enabling me to conveniently manage the account settings for our organization from one centralized location. Creating team folders, adding/removing members, controlling security policies, etc., has made it easy for us to keep our data organized. The only true drawback I've discovered with Dropbox Business is that certain functionalities are restricted until your subscription package is upgraded. Fortunately, if money is a concern, this won't be a big issue because they provide reasonable pricing plans dependent on how many people join your business or how much storage you require. I would definitely suggest Dropbox Business based on my so far excellent experience with it.

To be completely honest, using Dropbox for business can be a little perplexing at first but with a few clicks, you can see where everything is and how everything works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't rely on any other app because Dropbox Business has merged with me, simplifies my life, and is 100% safe.

It helps share documents faster and easier. It benefits me because it makes me save a lot of time while sharing documents.
Fast and secure data storage with Dropbox.
What do you like best about the product?
Large files can be transferred over the internet using a file-sharing application, and sharing rights are effectively managed. The search functionality is also strong, which is crucial when papers are transferred regularly or without much structure. To evaluate the overall usability and functionality of the service for myself, I used a variety of popular Dropbox features, including file sharing, device synchronization, device backup, and the Dropbox Paper note-writing tool, among a few others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit higher when comparing other vendors, but their functionalities are better when comparing others. I expect that Dropbox will introduce a life time Dropbox plan for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to share large video footage among our branches and save them as backups. Dropbox offers more features for that requirement.
Best cloud to use
What do you like best about the product?
That it it easy to enter through Google and Android phones. Lots of free space to store your data and will pull up on your side bar menu options. Very simple program, great prices for storage capacity upgrades.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess I will say that the only complaint I have is that it is not already preloaded onto Android phones already when you get a new phone. I love it and I am still using it today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the issue and filling b the need of data storage capacity space and utilization of moving data from one platform to the next. Being able to open and pull my saved data off and post it or a link to some one or some place else.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Dropbox! Of all the products I've used and compared, it definitely has more features than most. They provide fantastic customer service that is fast and courteous - two qualities you don't always see combined. My clients have had no problems signing videography contracts with them, many of whom have complimented me on how easy the process was. You won't find another product like it - so I'm proud to give it my full recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Dropbox does not provide an automated process for filing signed documents. I need to keep track of multiple contracts and it would be extremely helpful if there was a way to organise them into folders after they have been signed, rather than having all the pages merged into one long document stream.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign makes my job easier by helping to streamline our onboarding process. Documents are automatically prepared, reminders are sent, and late documents are not dealt with.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that while Dropbox offers the ability to access files offline, I have encountered some challenges with syncing files for offline use. There have been instances where I found the process to be a bit cumbersome, especially when dealing with larger files or complex projects. This would be particularly beneficial when internet connectivity is limited or unavailable, allowing seamless access to important files without any unnecessary hurdles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making all my files available to me irrespective of the device I'm using helps me save a lot of time and seemlessly share my files with other collaborators. The ability to easily revert to previous versions or restore deleted files has come to my rescue numerous times which has helped me save time.
Send documents requiring a signature electronically with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love HelloSign's user interface because it is intuitive and simple, yet offers a multitude of benefits. In my line of work, I use it every day to send documents to be signed. It can even be used by non-technical people - all they have to do is click on a box and enter their name! In addition, the explicit instructions provided ensure that all parties know exactly what they need to do before signing any document or form. With this ease comes convenience, as you don't always have to be present while your customers sign something; it's entirely possible without your physical presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Dropbox's lack of a signature feature on the mobile interface very inconvenient, especially in emergency situations. In addition, I feel an incongruity between the top navigation bar and the "order assign" option when setting up signatures for documents using the available templates - especially with regard to multi-line content that looks awkward or unnatural within existing text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using HelloSign, I no longer have to take the time and effort to physically send documents that require a signature. With e-signatures through this service, it's never been easier for me to quickly send legally binding agreements in less than half the usual time.
