Power studio for content creators
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Riverside for less than a year and I have seen so many upgrades that delight me. I am now able to create and review a test recording before I start for peace of mind. A very nice surprise is that there's now also a section for telepromter text.
What do you dislike about the product?
More video editing optionswhen I use Riverside to share my screen. I would like to be able to have my video in a circle or other shape in a corner of the screenshare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create quality video that I can import into the video editor I use, compared to zoom videos that don't work. I also use Riverside for interviews/podcast.
Changed how we do our podcast for the better
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Riverside is to make an episode, edit it, make short form clips, and publish. I dont even need descript anymore. We love Magic Clips!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times where the episodes were not salvagable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is an all in one platform for us to create an audio and video podcast.
Rock solid platform
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to use! There was no learning curve. It's very intuative. Riverside saved the quality of several of our Podcasts by recording the video and audio locally. Without this feature the quality would have been spotty, and we would have had to rerecord. This is a life-saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that could be better would be the ability to blur your video background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to record high quality video and audio with Podcast guests over the internet. It allows my Podcast production company to edit and optimize the audio, pull clips and add a transcript for us.
Allows for 1080p resolution videos
What do you like best about the product?
RiversideFM is easy to use and allows for a 1080p video quality. I couldn't achieve that video quality with Zoom, so I switched to RiversideFM. I also love the professional look of the final videos as well as all of the editing options available to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the very beginning, it took a bit of time to get used to the new process of downloading videos to my computer, so I could edit them in Premiere Pro. But after a few videos, and watching a few tutorials on YouTube, I realized that it's more user-friendly than have seemed in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ReversideFM helps me produce high-resolution videos for YouTube, a feature that wasn't possible with Zoom. I'm a YouTube content creator and an educator. In order to be more effective on that platform, my final videos have to adhere to certain quality standards, one of them being HD quality.
Dynamic Platform For Podcast Hosts
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm does a great job of connecting hosts and guests for any level of podcaster, new or professional. Being able to see and hear WHILE recording local audio and video is not just convenient, it provides a workflow solution that every podcaster needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can do a better job of syncing audio and video once a recording is uploaded. If you're working with older equipment, a laptop or desktop with not the latest CPU or enough RAM, poorly synced audio and video could occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding guests for an interview-based podcast is always a challenge, being able to tell them to sit in front of their computer and camera makes that task remarkably easy.
Podcast's Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm is very easy to use and is rich with features. All of the steos are well explained and easy to follow!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to really dislike. I did have some challenges setting up the second camera, but was finally able to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside.fm provides the ability to record professional looking audio and video content.
One stop shop!
What do you like best about the product?
I love EVERYTHING about Riverside.fm! I record from my phone or laptop, they generate magic clips for me automatically, and in the future I can invite guests on my podcast with so much ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't seem to figure out how to edit the original clip without creating a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop shop! I record with ease, it connects directly to my auto interface, and it downloads and uploads perfectly. The magic clips are also a huge help because it automatically creates clips for me to share on social media
It's made podcasting a pleasure
What do you like best about the product?
When I am inviting a guest to join me, it is literally as simple as inviting them to a Zoom call. It makes it simple for them, simple for me. And the editing on the back end is awesome to be able to export in different formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I were able to edit the transcript to spell names correctly for the captions. I know there is a lot more work to be done on the back end editing, but it has already come a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to send the finished .mp4 files to my teenager to help me edit into different aspect ratios, I can be more productive and do it myself, allowing me to export to all platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It does everything I want/need, and when I find a new need, they've already announced that new feature! Bravo!
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't seem to do anything other than start a new recording in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to share my guided Yoga Nidra meditations in an easeful way that would also reach a large audience, and Riverside does that & more!
Excellent Quality. Easy to Use.
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside was recommended to me by several other podcasters and it didn't disappoint. It's very easy to use but the video and audio quality is excellent. I love how it automatically transcribes the podcast, and almost flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since this is my first podcast and I haven't used any other apps, I really don't have anything I dislike about it. It does it's job very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside made it easy for me to launch my first podcast.
