What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has so many ways to help you learn about producing a podcast. The YouTube videos are awesome. It also makes it easy to edit your podcast. Even for someone who has no experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing to dislike. If I don't know how to do something, it's usually because I haven't looked into the tools they have to solve my problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside is helping me to record and publish my very first podcast.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

It's saving me loads of time editing and clipping my podcast. The time savings alone is well worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to navigate, and the in-depth tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to lag when editing which can be frustrating but it still works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of editing. Being able to edit right from the transcript makes editing faster and less that needs to be completed in an external program. This allows for me to produce finished episodes faster.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Riverside is that I can add my own music, and the sound quality gets adjusted when I save the final version of my recording. I also like the editing feature that allows me to overdub and re-record any mistakes made during the initial recording of the show.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like about Riverside is the challenge with the volume of the visitors on my show. Last night I recorded a show with a visitor who dialed in and the his volume was not good. We may have to redo the interview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Riverside solves for me is that it lets me record a high-quality show online and still meet my deadlines. Before, I had to spend much more time tweaking the sound and would still end up without an acceptable, high-quality result. Thanks!

How easy it is to record your show and go live at the same time, along with the great AI tools to help with editing and recording during live.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything. It is a wonderful program. The price is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any questions i have had so far that i have emailed to Abel, he has responded right back with the resolution.
