What do you like best about the product?
Oh my gosh, I absolutely love Riverside! What use to take hours to edit, now takes minutes! It does all the heavy lifting for you, creates all your social media engagement posts as well, creates timelined notes for youtube and other platforms, and more!
We use this for our weekly podcast and we can never go back now. Huge fan.

What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues with changing some scenes early on, but now I I got it figured out. Ocasionaly, when trying to swipe across the timeline, I end up going back a web browser page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing efficiently, creating shorts, notes, podcast hosting, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly, I know my way around and I find it intuitive. For someone who isn't super tech-savvy, I like that Riverside is so easy. It integrates seamlessly with our other tools and really is the gold standard for podcast recording!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes guests have trouble getting the program to work with their computer which creates a situation where we have to default to a plan B (Zoom). I also find that you change things quite a bit and it then makes it hard to navigate around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taking an idea (hosting a podcast) and brings it to an audience. The podcast is my favorite thing that I do right now from a creative outlet standpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive. Magic cuts, automatically taking your episode and cutting it into clips as well as an episode with cuts every few seconds to please the algos. Good AI functionality to find good clips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet. I havent found anything like Descript's underlord where you can use a chat interface to basically tell it how you want to break down your episode but even Descript hasn't quite mastered that. I think that's the future, whoever masters that will win.

What do you like best about the product?
There to many to choose from, there’s the great end quality once you’re done recording, it takes not only yours but the guest too, files and can make them 4k, you can even make audio sound way better if you or guest doesn’t have the best audio (mic). But like I said there is so many more good things about Riverside I don’t know if I could fit it all on here.
Oh! My favorite part is being to edit where either host or guest is showed more, or you can edit in the transcript and it takes it away on the video, which is really really cool!

What do you dislike about the product?
Haven’t come across anything bad, yet.
Now there is times I have to either have the guest or myself leave the studio because of echo, even if no echo or noise cancellation is on. But it’s really not that big of a deal. I think it’s because most people we have on are either using a phone/ipad or just laptop mic and speaker.

Making it so my team and I can communicate with not only each other but guest for the show. It’s a nice way to be able to communicate with someone and not record too, being able to maybe do a bit with someone and Riverside will pretty much do the editing.
Helping with content creation like distribution, making it easy so all we have to do is post and wait for all the views to come in!

What do you like best about the product?
As the Head of Sales Operations, my top priority is equipping our sales team with high-quality, trustworthy content. What I like best about Riverside is the unparalleled audio and video quality it delivers, which has fundamentally elevated our brand's professionalism. Our sales reps now use crystal-clear video testimonials and product demos in their outreach, and the separate audio and video tracks are a game-changer for our marketing team to repurpose into polished social media clips. The ability to record with guests or clients remotely, without worrying about their connection quality, has removed a major point of friction and inconsistency from our content creation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface, while powerful, has a slight learning curve for new team members who are less tech-savvy. Setting up their first recording and understanding all the features took a bit more hand-holding than I'd prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now record high-fidelity conversations with key clients or internal experts from anywhere. The separate tracks save our marketing team hours of editing time. This efficiency allows us to produce more compelling sales collateral faster, directly empowering our team to close deals and reducing the sales cycle.
