What do you like best about the product?
I love the quality and the editing features. It makes it great to stay in touch with my brother-in-law over 500 miles away and also have a great time recording our podcast!

I don't have any complaints that come to mind.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner, I don't have a lot of time to learn software. Riverside makes it easy to use theirs and create a polished, professional product in the end, with minimal time spent in learning how to do it!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, none! It has fulfilled all of my needs and exceeded my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently doing it all. Content creation, content delivery, and administration. Riverside makes my life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has truly revolutionized the way I record and produce content. The quality of audio and video is unmatched, even in less-than-ideal internet conditions, recording with people in other countries, etc. The platform’s ability to record in separate tracks for each guest has made editing a breeze, allowing me to fine-tune every episode without the stress of background noise or audio inconsistencies. The editing is simple and fast and I love the clips I can pull from each podcast.

Overall, Riverside has helped elevate my podcast to a professional level, and I can’t imagine using anything else. If you’re serious about creating high-quality podcast content, this platform is a must-try!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I want to record in person and in real time but honestly at this point in my podcast it's just too expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Features, AI tools, and their tutorials! All of these have made it a dream to use riverside.fm as a podcaster. I'm a relatively new user with a lot to learn yet, but it's been a great and seamless transition for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I can think of! it's very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a relatively new podcaster (!) on a tight budget, Riverside.fm has been an invaluable tool, enabling me to bring guests on with minimal friction, and creating a very user-friendly atmosphere. It benefits me as I can roll out quick AI-generated 'magic' clips, or tailor the edits, as I require on a case-to-case basis. Guests have also found it very easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Love the AI clips feature - it does a great job! Also love the live recording features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like to use my phone to record our video podcasts, but I use my iphone camera because it seems in the riverside mobile app it doesn't have the camera stability (in case there is wind or movement at all).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video podcasts create the best content hands down (and a LOT of it). Riverside.fm makes it easy to record, transcribe, and automatically create great clips for sharing on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
As a content marketing manager on a scrappy, lean startup team, Riverside is the total package. As someone with limited video experience, the platform makes it easy to record case study interviews and turn them into video snippets to share on social media. Not to mention, the transcripts make it super easy to turn your recorded content into written assets.

I learned to use the system in 1 day: it's super easy to use and all of our external guests have found it very easy to navigate.

The help articles and demo videos are great, and I seldom have to reach out to their support team because they've already created everything I need.

Another great perk: Riverside will use AI to auto-generate video snippets from your longer recordings. The quality is great, I can get 3-5 short video clips in under an hour. This is a huge time and cost savings for our team!

This is the first role that I've had a tool like Riverside, and I'm now using it weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it worked on other browsers besides Google Chrome. We are a google-based team, but it may require extra downloading/set up for other users. Other than that, I've got no suggestions for improvements. The team has built an incredible product. bravo!

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use for non-techies like me. The AI feature is incredible. Helps me cut and splice my videos better than I could. Intuitive. Very affordable for what you get!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I don't like is that you have to download an app to be able to use it on your phone

When I can't be at an interview in person, I can virtually interview someone online and still get great sound bits and clips.

Efficient app to create video content for marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is built for virtual recording sessions, and it’s very easy for the “guests” to use, even if they aren’t very comfortable with video technologies, so I like to use it with my clients. The quality of the audio and video is good, and the new AI tools make it easy to clean up and assemble clips. Riverside’s editing tools have all the digital editing tools that are table stakes like multi-track editing, plus text-based editing and auto-generated captions and transcripts. What sets Riverside apart from similar video editing software is that it’s super intuitive and easy to use. Using Riverside increased efficiency for my video production and my clients are happy because I can turn professional video around so quickly (and inexpensively).
The application is consistent and doesn’t crash, so say goodbye to the “spinning ball of doom” we all remember from Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro. From a marketing POV, it allows you to add bumpers, branding, music, resize the aspect ratio, so Riverside will suit many creators and marketers perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Riverside’s editing suite contains the essentials for video and audio production. Designed for podcast producers (i.e. interviews), the trade off for folks who want to make very elaborate videos, is that it comes with a streamlined set of tools. Professional editors might find the tools too limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Riverside to create social media (i.e., LinkedIn videos) for my B2B clients in the high-tech hardware industry. It streamlines the production process because I can schedule, record, and edit interviews in a single application.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside software made it so easy to record, edit and publish- even for a relative beginner. They also continue to update and upgrade regularly, making our job easier and easier, and time spent in production tasks less and less. We would highly recommend Riverside.fm to other podcasters out there looking for a professional and user friendly option.

A few features weren't as intuitive as I would have liked right in the beginning, but a short chat with customer service had me on my way.

Riverside.fm was a one stop solution for us as beginning podcasters. We loved the convenience and the seamless integration with Spotify specifically.
