A game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
This power of the software is redefining my podcast production process. For the first time it makes it realistic for me to expand the podcast to YouTube
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a fairly learning curve and the menu structure isn't always intuitive. The multiple tutorial videos help a lot, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It combines the features of two other subscription products and, in the case of Zoom, offers far superior quality (especially for video).

Riverside saves me so much time
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Riverside records both my camera and audio seperately from that of the person I am interviewing so I can edit it much quicker and in a beter qulity than I am able to on other similar platforms. Their AI editing features also save me a ton of edit time on work for clients that involve tedious camera cutting. There is very minimal extra work I have to do using Riverside.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to complain about with Riverside. It meets my needs so far every time that I have used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside has solved a huge prombelm I have had with other conference style programs in that it records the video for the host and guest seperately which allows me to add much better quality to the videos I am making over the internet.
Excellent interface and easy to use editing tools.
What do you like best about the product?
High quality recordings coupled with easy to use editing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find any negative as they continue to enhance the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tech friendly for the not-too-tech saavy
What do you like best about the product?
I am as novice as can be when it comes to podcasting. After researching and watching demos of various platforms, I kept coming back to Riverside FM. It works so nicely with Spotify and I can navigate the process prettyintuitively. Moreover, when I do need support, the customer service is top notch! You get quick help in real time and a personal follow up that is quite nice. I've been using the platform since October and right out of the gate it was easy to get set up and make great sounding - and looking - recordings. I have made about 15 episodes of a solo podcast. I use it about 3-4 times a week and will utilize the AI editing features to help trim things up quickly. I love that there are clip options too. My favorite feature is the AI generated show notes and chapters. It makes uploading to other sites so nicely. I can integrate my own Canva graphics, for example a logo, with one click. I'm still learning and getting more proficient each time I log in. I'm a huge fan because it makes me feel like I know what I'm doing on this aspect of podcasting, even if I'm still figuring out the other non-Riverside components of what it takes to launch a successful podcast. I need to dabble more and continue to utilize the community forums that look like another great resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything. I know I'm not expert enough to pick it apart at a highly technical level, but as far as a newbie user with limited prior skills, it has been really straightforward, and for the cost, I feel like get a lot and I'm learning quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside is helping me conquer the mountain of "I know nothing about this" that was so intimidating when I was first looking into starting a podcast. They break their tutorials down into easy to follow step-by-step units that keep me feeling successful and motivated to learn and try more. I know that they are also deeply commited on the backstage side, where the technical stuff is way beyond my scope of understanding, to keep upgrading and improving the user experience.
Changed my podcast experience!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to quickly upload an episode or record one in Riverside, with or without guests, and then edit it. The editing tools are super easy to use and I can customize my podcast within minutes. This has saved me SO much time weekly that I started a SECOND podcast.
Oh and also, I have reached out to their customer service team a few times and they have responded quickly and solved the problem in only one or two emails. Super helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does have its moments when its a bit slower than I would like, but for the most part that is only noticed when they are in the process of making big changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I first started my podcast it took me HOURS to edit it. I was using an editor that required a lot of manual input and having to listen to the entire thing to edit it, over and over and over again. A 30 minute episode took me, on average, 1-2 hours to edit, then another 30 minutes to add in any ads, intro/outro, etc.
When I started using Riverside, it took me literally less than 30 minutes to do all of that and even add in more with their creative tools. It has saved me hours weekly that I can dedicate to other parts of my business and I am so glad I found them.

Why Riverside Has Become My Go-To Platform for Podcasting and Content Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I couldn’t be happier with Riverside. As someone who has experimented with other platforms, I can confidently say that Riverside stands out for its versatility and cutting-edge technology.
First and foremost, the platform's ability to provide studio-quality recordings is a game-changer. Whether it's audio or video, the output is crisp, professional, and reliable—something that’s been challenging to achieve consistently on other platforms. This makes a huge difference, especially when you're conducting remote interviews and need high-quality results to maintain a polished image for your podcast or content channel.
What really impressed me is how seamlessly Riverside integrates advanced features without overcomplicating the user experience. The local recording technology ensures that even if the internet connection isn’t perfect, the final output is flawless. This has saved me a lot of headaches compared to other platforms where connection issues often ruined the quality of my sessions.
Another standout feature is its flexibility. Riverside caters to podcasters, YouTubers, and anyone in the content creation space, making it an all-in-one solution. The platform’s intuitive interface, live editing tools, and ability to download individual audio and video tracks give me total creative control over my projects.
Riverside isn’t just a platform; it’s a tool that empowers creators to deliver their best work. If you're serious about creating professional-level content, I highly recommend giving it a try. It has truly elevated my workflow, and I can’t imagine going back to anything else.
