Seamless Remote Team Video Editing on Our Own Schedule
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for our team to access, make videos and edit while all being in different locations. It allows us to work as a team on our own schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really seems to use a lot of bandwidth, and my internet speed just can’t seem to keep up with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us significantly improve the quality of our weekly YouTube videos and podcast. The learning curve has been fairly smooth, and using it makes us feel more professionally capable.
Easy Remote Recording with Consistently Great Quality
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for all users to log in and be able to record remotely. The quality of the recording is great on a consistent basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating through the platform can be a little tricky when it comes to editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems with Riverside.
Intuitive UX and Awesome Magic Clips
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very intuitive and user experience is great. Magic clips feature is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iOS app can sometimes be buggy. But, the site has never let me down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run all of our podcast and most of our internal communications to clients through riverside. My editor an my staff can easily chop clips.
Riverside Delivers Great Quality and Super Helpful Post-Production Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like using RIverside much better than Zoom for my podcast interviews every-other-week. The audio and video quality is much better and I love all the post-production tools and resources available to me after I finish recording, they are super helpful. Awesomely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything. My friend advised me to switch to Riverside, and I'm so glad I did. I haven't needed to use customer support yet but he also told me they are stellar if I ever need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a great service for recording my podcast interviews and getting my post-processing done quickly and smoothly, especially since I have a limited time schedule.
AI Agents Feel Like Magic: Segments and Hooks
What do you like best about the product?
It's AI agents like magic segments and hooks.

I haven't found anything I dislike yet. It's robust in features.

It allows me to quickly schedule, set up pre production and then edit and export very fast.
Riverside Delivers Professional-Looking Recordings with a Super Helpful Script Feature
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has several amazing features, but I think my favorite at the moment is the professional look it provides when recording virtual interviews. I also really love the script feature. As a professor, I often have to record online lectures for students, and I can craft notes before I start. It's super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see any downside to Riverside. I think the thing I dislike most, but isn't truly a negative, is the time it takes to prepare videos for export.

Riverside Makes Podcast Recording and Sharing Simple from Day One
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has made podcasting simple and seamless for someone like me who had no experience whatsoever with content creation. We are in our 4th year of making our podcast, and while we had to learn a lot about content, editing, and marketing, the technical side of recording and publishing has been easy from day one. Also, Riverside has added quite a few features in that time, like Magic Clips for example, that make sharing our work even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small number of times, downloads did not complete properly for one of our guests. When this happens, the Riverside team is very responsive, and they have always resolved the issue. But these instances can be a bit frustrating because I cannot edit an publish a show with one of the tracks missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to make a podcast but had zero experience. I signed up for a Riverside account, and we were able to record and publish a podcast within a few days. There are a lot of challenges with content creation, but Riverside eliminated the ones related to recording and publishing.
All-in-One Recording Tool with Great Support and Constant Improvements!
What do you like best about the product?
Just about everything.
It is a complete stop for taking care of your video or audio recordings
and it makes the sound even better after it has been edited.
The people are very supportive. They share a bunch of useful info and introduce you to some amazing people.
And they keep improving it all.

It would really be great if you could implement a pause button when recording!

Consistent, Easy Podcast Recording Every Time with Riverside
What do you like best about the product?
I works. I started recording a podcast with a competing software and about half the time had issues with recording. Errors, connectivity, things that felt like my fault. I switched to Riverside to recording is consistent and easy every single time. No issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't played with their editor yet, on my list to do so!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent high quality remote podcast recording. Easy uploads and collaboration.
High-Quality Recordings That Deliver
What do you like best about the product?
Quality of recording, ease of editing, and magic clips. I can’t choose between the three.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every guest wants to use Google Chrome, and I can’t expect guests to download an app. Firefox and Safari as trusted browsers would be a big help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really can’t imagine podcasting without Riverside. It has made running my handful of shows a breeze.
