Riverside Makes Filming, Editing, and Publishing Effortless & Saves Money
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to film, edit and upload to all platforms in one platform. I love love love the platform, and recommend to all my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. I am fully satisfied with Riverside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has saved me money & time.
I can edit in the platform, which saves me on editing back and forth and money too. I can also upload from Riverside to publish across 5 platforms, which saves me in time.

Fast, Rockstar Support That Saved My Videos
What do you like best about the product?
Their support is FAST! Today I recorded, edited and exported 2 videos then proceeded to delete them before downloading them. After a few minutes of panicking and researching how to fix it, I gave up and emailed customer support. Ken with Riverside was a ROCKSTAR! He found them both and uploaded them to my dashboard without ever once mentioning what a moron move I made. I am a fan for life!
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t play well with Safari so I always have to remember to use my Chrome browser. Also there are some features that aren’t supported yet on the phone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to record and edit my podcast without any editing experience. Riverside is perfect for that. It’s super user friendly for the non-tech people out there.
Riverside’s Versatility Makes My Life So Much Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Riverside is the multiple use cases for our marketing team. Not only have I used their platform for podcasts, I’ve also used it for webinar and virtual events, demo recordings, testimonials and more. It’s easy to setup and recording has been simple to follow for those being recorded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI clips aren’t perfect, but that’s very minimal disruption to the workflow. It still saves a ton of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside helps provide a professional, easy to use, and high quality platform for recording. It also provides a user friendly experience for uploading external videos and clipping them for our website and social media.
Simple, Fast Transcripts with Easy Format Conversions
What do you like best about the product?
Simple. Quick. Converts to formats I use. And immediate transcript for download

Slow when you edit then go back to recordings.

Record podcast/transcribe so i can quickly convert to multiple products
Very Functional and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very functional and easy to use, but using AI to help filter the review is unnecessary. Let the review be real and authentic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of AI for the review and the pricing of the products. Just to use basic features you shouldn't have to pay like using the blur effect or just adding a picture as a background. The prices should be lower and certain features should be free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of helping create clips is very useful. That's one feature I love to use.
Riverside ads a level of professionalism to my podcast I was not able to reach on my own.

The convenience and professional structure to the entire app is undeniably helpful. Being able to sync audio to video and adjust audio levels per tracks is very helpful.

I have been having issues with Riverside detecting my Audio inputs when i change equipment. Otherwise I have no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the beginning, the software would crash and have technical issues. It's not such an issue now.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can record, edit, and share my podcast, videos, etc., all from one place.

Nothing at all. I really like it, and I think it's fairly user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's eliminating the need for extra editing software and added expenses.
One-Click Editing Magic and Great Value for Busy Business Owners
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing for me as a busy business owner is how much of the editing and features are just one click, done for you. The magic audio and the 60-90 second video creations are extremely helpful. Great value as well for all the features you get.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I didn't use this sooner in my podcasting career!

It saves me time, money, and effort.
Riverside, My Content Swiss Army Knife
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for Riverside. I can turn on the camera, go and when it's finished, edit with ease. I've increased my content simply because I don't fear the pain of editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure what I truly dislike, perhaps I'm annoyed about the live streaming/webinar feature being a whole new plan vs a one off or temporary add on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of content production, multi camera angles at an event, uploading and editing on the go from anywhere. Although I do most edits on the computer, I like being about to review the footage from anywhere on any device from the cloud.
Editing and Downloading Videos Went from Miserable to a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
It took the process of editing and downloading video content from miserable to a breeze. Honestly getting me more engaged in creating video content for my audience
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain aspects of visually editing the video itself like cropping could be a lot better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves me a world of time, the cc accuracy and appearance is astronimcally better compared to what i had created in the past
