Great service
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great team. Lives up to its promises.

Haven't found anything yet. We've been very pleased.

Using riverside helps avoid redundant HR costs and outsourcing work.
Game-changing for entertainment production!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Riverside because of it's versatility. I can use it to record interviews for podcasts, casting sizzles to be used in the TV space, and record high quality audio in real time with voice actors while also providing them live feedback. It's easy to use and makes the best tool for anyone who works in both nonfiction and scripted entertainment production!
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't things I dislike about Riverside.fm. It's a really wonderful application - the only thing I can think of is how there's a bit of a learning curve with inviting people to your recording session, but once you do it the first time, it's easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside.fm is helping me stay organized and provides a central location for me to record video and audio across various mediums. Before, I used to have to open a million apps in order to work across several projects, and now I only need one: Riverside.fm!
Easy, All in One Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Being a one stop shop for all things with my podcast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the exporting out to a different editor isn't smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make it easy to record my podcasts and then create social clips that I can share across social media. It is cutting down my time on content creation significantly.
Riverside is a podcasters best recording tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create clips of my show in real time instead of having to do it afterwards. It cut down editing time tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes has audio distortion causing me to have to rerecord.

It cuts down on editing and production time.
Easy and fun to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, great sound for recording.

Editing fuctions are not good, the magic clip AI is always wrong and useless.

Recording a podcast remotely
Riverside.fm is my choice for remote podcast interviews
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside features local uploads that operate consistently throughout the podcasting interview. This has saved me so much time when remote guests have internet glitches. For this alone, I stay with Riverside.fm.
I'm also a fan of the auto-transcript feature that was added. And the user interface is easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were issues with the syncing between downloaded video and downloaded audio. But those have been fixed in my most recent downloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside.fm is an affordable all-in-one platform for audio and video podcasting. The integration of auto-transcripts, magic clips, and other editing software makes it a no-brainer.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can provide my guests with a link to access the studio, and they don't have to have a Riverside account to join. I also like the edit feature when recording multiple people, because it allows me to switch to 9:16 ratio, and allows me to stack participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Riverside had a built in teleprompter for mobile devices. There is a free teleprompter that Riverside recommends when using Chrome on your laptop, but for my phone I have to use a separate teleprompter app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside is a great studio to use for recording video and/or audio content. I love that I can record video and audio, but only use the audio if I so wish.

It's been great at helping me record in better quality and create video snippets.

sometimes hard for me to match the video with audio when editing clips

Dramatically reduces the time to from podcast episode to video clips onto social media

Local recordings of each person on the call that are put into the cloud automatically.

The enterprise price point is a little tough to sell to my team internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording interviews for marketing content is hard in a remote setting. This makes it painless to record in the highest quality possible without needing to trust the non-technical people we are interviewing.
Riverside was the Perfect Choice for our Podcast Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is great. It is very intutive and easy to use. It has a lot of features at a very reasonable price. High quality & cost effective is hard to find. They also have great customer service. Needs have been addressed in a personal way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting clips via email is a challenge. It can be difficult when sending clips to editors. It would be helpful if they made a way to download clips when using the editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to make a podcast and needed a platform that was able to do high quality video and audio simultaneously. We also didn't want to spend all of our time editing (looking for clips, trimming, transcripting) so the fact that Riverside does these things is very helpful.
