The perfect virtual recording experience
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to record with guests from 1000s of miles away and still retain the original audio quality has been an incredible experience. Having previously used software where the connection impacts the final audio files, this really has revolutionised our recording processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Riverside yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of only being able to record with guests in a studio in London previously, but now having the opportunity to record with fascinating people from all over the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has transformed how I record episodes with guests. Before this I had a convoluted way of using zoom and local recordings, or relying on zoom completely for recordings. Unfortunately I often ended up with the robot voice or somethimes dropped recordings.
Riverside makes it easy to record and meet all in the same tool. Recording locally means my recordings sound great and aren't lost if the call drops.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don'tkle a lot riverside. It would be interesting to set up individual events and have the recordings saved there instead of one large pool of recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to meet with guests a d record high quality audio all in one place. I don't user video so the video features aren't something I need, but the audio and meeting solution makes my life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that the recordings are in HD and in separate video streams!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the recordings would go directly to the cloud, and not have to go to local browser memory first.

Being able to record in HD and have separate streams! Life-saver!
Really Enjoying High Quality Podcast Sessions
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the high quality recordings I get from recording sessions, it helps me provide a better listening experience to my listeners. Plus clips feature is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing crucial but I'd like to see more editing options on clips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a platform where I can invite my guests and record my podcast. Riverside has been really helpful in that front.

My go to recording platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that riverside records each person on their end. It prevents glitches and pauses. The platform is user friendly and processes the videos timely. Great platform for video and audio. It's my go to platform for recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any least favorite parts at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to produce content easily and quickly with people across the globe. This platform allows us to do that anytime from anywhere.
Makes so many things super easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It solves several major problems for us. We produce a podcast that always has at least three people, with one or two of them being remote. The ability to capture high-quality recordings, both audio and video, on all sides for easy editing later is a must.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used/tried several third-party apps to edit and publish our podcast after we record and I was happy to see the Descript integration brought into Riverside. However, the integration has always seemed to be plagued with bugs (not sure whose side it is on) and rarely worked correctly causing a lot of wasted time and unecessary frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording multiple people in different locations while capturing high-quality feeds. It makes this process so easy and worry-free. I can't imagine working without it.

What do you like best about the product?
From the quality of the video to the support team! Riverside.fm is what you need. I use it for podcasting when I have a guest. Zoom, skype, etc doesn't begin to compare. Thank you!

Absolutely nothing. The support team acted immediately when I had an issue and kept me in the loop with emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The audio wasn't working. My audio and that of my guest kept crossing over each other.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and records quality content for both audio and video.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a voice echo on the hosts end while recording. This can be a pain. If there a better way to prevent this from happening that would be wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a podcast so it's really useful for recording quality audio and video for virtual interviews.
Riverside fm rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside fm is so simple to use and the quality is so much better than other platforms. I like having one link to share with guests and having the booth for audio only or audio and video. Also being able to link with my production team so they can edit easily is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet as it's been simple and easy for me to use.

It's a one stop shop that does both audio and video which suits me.

It only works with Chrome and some of my guests use different browser such as Safari
