What do you like best about the product?
The fact I can record virtual is insane and I can edit the video without leaving the app is crazy and I love the ai features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can add effect to the editing in the editor, like black & white, or transitions effects so I can make a full show. And the fact I have to add the host name and title manually it should automatically add the host and guest name and tittle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m running a podcast series with people who has mad the afrohouse sound a global movement and riverside has given me the platform to do that without leaving my room cause afrohouse is global and this guest are all over the world. So this put me ahead of my competitors,

What do you like best about the product?
LOVE how easy it is to get a transcript, show notes, magic clips and my podcast editor loves the quality and ease of editing!!! Thank you!!

Hmmmm don’t know!! We don’t have any complaints!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software saves us so much time and effort. It creates graphics for our podcast, notes, keywords, clips and transcripts - it saves us a lot of time. We are now uploading other content from our event recordings too - just to use the tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides. One feature I would live to see in the future is the ability to make intro and outro slides - or have templates I can use. I currently use other tools for those however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to produce my webinars without a team behind me to make it happen.
Flawless Screen Capturing for Software Training Content
What do you like best about the product?
The screen capturing quality on Riverside.fm is leagues ahead of other tools I’ve used. It records every screen transition and mouse movement with no lag or blur. Plus, the ability to record in up to 4K without relying on my internet speed makes it perfect for training purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d love to see some annotation tools or cursor effects built-in for more interactive training videos.

Riverside has become an essential part of my training content workflow. I produce weekly modules for Fortune 500 clients and I always get feedback about how clean and professional the screen recordings look.
High-quality podcasting made simple and professional
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Riverside.fm makes it easy to produce professional-level podcasts and video content, even as a solo creator. The local recording feature ensures crystal-clear audio and video, and the interface is intuitive and streamlined. I also appreciate the ability to invite remote guests without sacrificing quality. It saves me time and helps me create polished episodes consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The occasional syncing issues between video and audio can be a bit frustrating, and sometimes the post-production rendering takes longer than expected. I'd also love to see more customization options for video layouts. But overall, these are minor issues compared to the platform’s overall reliability and quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside.fm solves the biggest headache for podcasters and video creators: getting studio-quality recordings remotely. Before Riverside, I struggled with laggy Zoom calls and poor audio. Now, I get high-res audio and video from every guest, even if their internet cuts out during the call. That means less time fixing issues in post, more time creating great content—and a better experience for my audience.

What do you like best about the product?
As a new podcaster that does my own production and editing, Riverside has made my life a breeze. If I run into any issues, customer service is readily available and very thorough. I recommend Riverside to any and everyone I know that is considering starting a podcast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I love it all. It is very user friendly but also giver stellar quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing!!!!! As the host, producer and editor, I am responsible for all parts of the creation process. Also working a full time job and managing a family, my time is limited. Riverside cuts down on the amount of time I need to spend behind the screen so I can also have a life.

Post Production editor can lag on older machines

We used to have poor video quality that hurt our social presence but we now consistently push polished content to various platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I had never done a podcast before and found the workflow very intuitive. I did have some hiccups on some of the recordings but Riverside FM support was very responsive and helpful. I still have a lot to learn about the tool but it is giving me what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I started trying to schedule podcasts in Riverside any was only able to schedule 3. This was confusing. Now I do the scheduling on my external calendar which works OK but I still don't understand when Riverside would not want to enable the scheduling from in app.
