The best solution for podcast creators
What do you like best about the product?
Editing through the text only is a genius way of tackling the editing problem.
For me, this was the difference between having a podcast and not having one, because traditional editing was just not going to work for me. Too time consuming and stressful.
Still getting the hang of the editor for when I do need to add clips or mix multiple videos, but so far everything I tried was super easy to accomplish.
I love that you can record, schedule, and manage everything in one place

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better editor for layers of content (or maybe I didn't understand how it works) but usually when I need more complex additions on top of the podcast content, I take it to clipchamp to finalize the edits and export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A truly easy way to edit podcasts professionally with minimal effort.
Perfectly balanced use of AI capabilities, driven by me as a user. I never feel like there's something I cannot control - the AI is minimalistic and does a perfect job making your choices sound and look great at all times.
Very interesting way of handling sources VS outputs, took some time to wrap my head around it, but I love that you can control different versions for the same project easily.

Simple Tool for Podcast Guests
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm is an amazing tool to easily record interviews with guests for our podcast. Super straight forward and easy to navigate. Our guests have enjoyed how easy it is for them to use too. Oh yeah, and the audio quality is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints from us. We love it and can't wait to start using the video feature soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside.fm solves the problem of being able interact and record high-quality audio from our podcast guests that don't live local to us. We are able to include guests from around the US and not worry if the audio quality is going to be poor.

I love how it's easy to navigate and understand. I'd heavily recommend it to anyone who's looking into podcasting or just streaming in general

Customer Care Team: a product is only as good as those who support it. Jonan asked quick questions which resulted in an even quicker resolution.

I wish I could add a voice over to my videos .

ease of formatting. It can take ages to add branding to a video but with the branding feature it's a snap.
Attentive Problem Solving
What do you like best about the product?
The tools within Riverside.fm are second to none. I've used similar web-based platforms and Riverside is absolutely on top of the stack. Don't even waste your time and money with other "options." Also, shoutout to Liam for removing tracks that I couldn't remove due to unprocessed tracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the fact that it doesn’t make me a sandwich while I’m recording. Like, how are we in 2025 and I still have to make my own snacks? Unacceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles all my recording, editing, storing, and creative needs in one place.
User-friendly for non-tech experts!
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm is very user friendly, even for those who are not very tech-savvy! There are many video tutorials to help with every part of the process!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still in the early process of utilizing all of the tools available to me, but so far--no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our professional organization needed an app to help us record and edit podcasts. We are learning as we go and Riverside.fm is providing a great platform for creating and editing our content. We are so happy!
Great service for my podcast!

I love the quality and the editing features. It makes it great to stay in touch with my brother-in-law over 500 miles away and also have a great time recording our podcast!

As a small business owner, I don't have a lot of time to learn software. Riverside makes it easy to use theirs and create a polished, professional product in the end, with minimal time spent in learning how to do it!

So far, none! It has fulfilled all of my needs and exceeded my expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside has truly revolutionized the way I record and produce content. The quality of audio and video is unmatched, even in less-than-ideal internet conditions, recording with people in other countries, etc. The platform’s ability to record in separate tracks for each guest has made editing a breeze, allowing me to fine-tune every episode without the stress of background noise or audio inconsistencies. The editing is simple and fast and I love the clips I can pull from each podcast.
Overall, Riverside has helped elevate my podcast to a professional level, and I can’t imagine using anything else. If you’re serious about creating high-quality podcast content, this platform is a must-try!

Sometimes I want to record in person and in real time but honestly at this point in my podcast it's just too expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Features, AI tools, and their tutorials! All of these have made it a dream to use riverside.fm as a podcaster. I'm a relatively new user with a lot to learn yet, but it's been a great and seamless transition for me.

No downsides that I can think of! it's very user-friendly.

As a relatively new podcaster (!) on a tight budget, Riverside.fm has been an invaluable tool, enabling me to bring guests on with minimal friction, and creating a very user-friendly atmosphere. It benefits me as I can roll out quick AI-generated 'magic' clips, or tailor the edits, as I require on a case-to-case basis. Guests have also found it very easy to use
