Seamless UI/UX. Stupid simple to use. Highest production quality. Just too easy.
What do you like best about the product?
local recording, control over the studio experience. manage the guest settings to an extent. full quality. AI enhancements help shorten the post production. Simple to use. I was setup in minutes (maybe even seconds).
I had an issue with an upload due to connectivity (before I was a paid account plan) the support exceeded expectations and was fast as hell.
I use the product regularly. Weekly might be the longest cadance. I haven't integrated to any other platforms yet, but I imagine the integrations will be as good as the rest of the experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an even larger option of post production utilities so that I can do my full content work within one app. It's not a big obstacle as it hepled me slim down the number of tools I use regularly, but now I'm spoiled and want even fewer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaborating on content with the team while fully remote in different regions.
Great feature-rich podcasting studio and editing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for both myself as a producer as well as the guests has made Riverside a great tool for recording, editing, and publishing my golf podcast, "A Good Walk Spoiled: Adventures in Golf" very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I wish there were some more advanced video editing features like transitions, but it sounds like their product roadmap is already working on these improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes podcast editing and creation a breeze. I can focus on great guests and content, and Riverside.fm makes getting my podcast and YouTube channels live quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a variety of guests come on my podcast, some of which have no expereince or equipment and the interviews have always been seamless as it's such an easy to use platform and has high quality recoridngs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across a downside as of yet. In general very happy with Riverside.fm
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's such a great platform that I can share with any guests I have on my podcast and know that they will be able to navigate it easily regardless of their experience with it.

I don't really have any dislikes about Riverside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to capture and record quality audio when we're recording with people who live far from us. It solves the issue of audio quality, and recording when we aren't in the same room.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of use of Riverside.fm. Magic features (key word capture, etc) are great. It was easy to implement and we use it once per week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the challenges have been figuring out how to maximize the use of the rich feature set.

Makes editing SUPER easy.
Recording remote speaker? Riverside.fm nails it.
What do you like best about the product?
Super well-thought through UX to back up their terrific browser-based recording client ensure you get a great recording from your interviewees computer free of network glitches

Media management requires that you scroll below the fold, which caused some moments of panic...

Riverside allows you to record interviews online without worrying about network bandwidth, latency or jitter.
Dynamic tools that offers many editing features.
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm offers a great platform to record. It is easy to integrate multiple recordings. They also allow you to add in claps, other gestures/sounds, etc. to enhance the recording. I'm happy with my recording choice!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel that some of the editing tools are not as intuitive as I would like it to be; such as trim and split a clip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When contacting support, they are quick to respond and provide the necessary info to achieve the action requested; i.e. how to integrate a clip into another recorded clip.
Riverside.fm is a definite gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Riverside.fm to record my Podcast: BRAIN BREAK with Randy and KeithO. It is very simple to use for recording AND editing. The sound and visual quality is 1st rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't alwasy intuitive (for me at least). I wish it was easier to understand some of the steps to adding features to my videos. I wish I could add additional "filler words" to me removed. For instance, I say "and" more than I should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so simple to use that I can use literally when I have an idea. I started 3 weeks ago and am getting more views daily.
The simply the best for remote video recording
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, it's easy to use with others, and I like the editing features. I'm able to do quite a bit without bringing the footage into a video editing software. I also really love the fact that I can do things in 4k.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the new AI features are a bit buggy and freeze my browser window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the cleanest, high-res audio and video of anything I've tried. The high production quality for me and my clients just makes the viewing experience better for the audience to consume the content.
Impressed with the Riverside Studio
What do you like best about the product?
Today was my first day to launch my brand new podcast - Uplevel your Communication - recorded using Riverside. I found the set-up easy and the studio has a professional look which is key for someone who also works in show business and expects to put out an excellent product. I will be 'trying' the chat feature and expect the quality to be high. I appreciate that it is a one-stop shop so far, meaning that I can record and create show notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am a newer user, I have nothing to report at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cost friendly for a small business owner. I set up a professional, branded studio and can record both high quality audio, video, and generate show notes in Riverside.
