Easy, Smooth Workflow from Inviting to Recording and publishing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy workflow from inviting, to recording and cleaning material to export. good automatization
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of intuitive manual editing or hard to fix clip desincronization. But only a problem if the hosts or guests are using very old computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote collaboration in both hosts/guests and Post production team.

High-Quality Video, Pro Branding Options, and Fire AI Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The high-quality video output, along with the ability to add brand colors and backgrounds, really adds to the professionalism of using the platform. It’s also very easy to add your transcript and have it scroll on the screen as it’s being read, which is an incredibly beneficial feature. The AI tools are fire!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sort of dislike that so many windows end up opening as you are moving between the Studio and rending video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The crisp, clear video without added equipment is huge!!! Tutorials that eliminate barriers to use! Its pricing is fair especially for all the tools and features embedded!! Cuts costs on additional programs!

The support team is great. I had heard that from a colleague who also raves about the support he received.

They assisted me in transferring my email address. the support teams responsiveness was a 10 out of 10.
Easy to Use, Reliable, and a Powerful AI Editor
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is what I like most, and it works reliably all the time. It also has an AI editor that works very well and helps you end up with an excellent finished product that’s ready to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have any drawbacks to mention, except for one thing I’d love to see added: the ability to insert photos or videos live while recording an episode.

Effortless Podcasting with Riverside: Fantastic Transcripts, Editing, and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is extremely easy to use, and I love the integrations with Google and Gmail. The transcription is fantastic, and the editing tools are straightforward (I’ve never edited a video in my life). As a first-time podcaster, I’ve found this to be a great platform, and it feels like there are endless features to explore.
I’ve also been really impressed by how much the Riverside team tries to support their clients. We’re not just customers to them—or at least, I haven’t felt that way. Even with some of their larger email sends, they still make a real effort to add value every week.

What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven’t found anything about Riverside that I dislike—if anything, it’s that I no longer have any excuses not to keep scheduling podcasts, recording, and growing my channel. :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn’t have a platform to record a podcast on, and I’m just starting out. This is the most friendly, easy-to-use platform I’ve found so far. I haven’t run into any challenges; if anything, I learn and grow every time I use it. I truly love it.
Great Quality When It Works, But Download Reliability Cost Me Projects

When it works properly, it delivers great quality.

I lost some projects last year because RiversideFM didn’t download my work with quality.

What do you like best about the product?
I have never found a company so willing to teach its customers every aspect of their product. Every question Ivehad has been answered. They are also super responsive and provide feedback to your questions. Also great live trainings. Easy to use. The video editing within the tool is worth the money.

It’s not really a dislike but there is so much helpful info out there i don’t know where to start and I dont know what I don’t know.

Video editing in one spot. Saves me time and effort. AI tools to help my edit faster and more creatively
