Great and easy platform for me to make interview podcast type videos
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use for the riverside platform. It does a great job of making quick AI edits and shorts from videos that are great for reels and Tiktok.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some sync issues with my external camera but when I switched to my built in webcam it worked great but didn't look as good do to being a lower quality camera
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using multiple platforms previously. I was recording on zoom and the editing on another software. Now it's all in the same system and has better quality video and audio
A huge chance of pace in terms of accessibility, ease of use and editing functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
My podcast previously used another service for hosting our video content and then I had to edit these videos in a separate program which would take hours of my time, while also finding clips and other things to spice up our social media. Riverside has made this process SO much easier and something I would highly recommend to any new Podcast starting out, this will help you grow your audience!
What do you dislike about the product?
While there's a ton of features available within Riverside, there are still things that are missing. The option to separate audio/video from pre-recorded videos would be insanely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI for creating clips for social media is huge, it reduces the time that I need to take to work on these while making it easy to customize our clips.
Riverside is THE solution for podcasters
What do you like best about the product?
We onboarded with Riverside because we were looking for a more professional solution than zoom. And boy does this tool deliver. Back when we started working with Riverside, we thought the tool was fantastic. Then Riverside went ahead and made massive improvements like AI to help find video clips for social! That was a game changer because up to that point, we had to do this manually! That feature alone has saved us hundreds of human-hours a month!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, guests may have a less than ideal setup or internet connection and while the audio and video gets re-tooled after the recording, they have to stay connected to Riverside after the podcasts completes and this can be awkward to accommodate. Beyond that, we love this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riverside solves all of our podcasting needs except for perhaps connecting directly to youtube so we can push the ai identified clips across directly.
Simply The Best
What do you like best about the product?
This is the easiest tool I know to create soundbites that are easily editable for the videos I produce
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no confirmation of emails sent to guests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a clean feed of an interviewee, which makes it a lot easier to edit, cutting time and cost.
Amazing! I am constantly in awe of how cleaned up my audio is once it is processed

Hands down the noise cancellation and the ability to remove filler words.

Sometimes the studio recording is glitchy

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Riverside now for the last year or so in my business and it has become irreplaceable to me. I adore how professional it is and how intuitive the software is to use. I adore the high quality recordings, transcriptions, and ability to livestream directly from the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish Riverside had was a desktop app so I didn't have to manually login each time I used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use multiple applications for Zoom just to record and get transcriptions and now I only need Riverside. I also love how I can share all of a clients calls from one place so they can access their past recordings whereas with Zoom this was impossible.
Riverside makes high-quality remote recordings possible
What do you like best about the product?
The two best things about Riverside.fm are: 1) Riverside makes high-quality remore recordings possible. It doesn't matter if the person on the other side of the line has a poor internet connect, I still get a high quality recording. 2) One link is all the guest needs. When I schedule a recording with a guest, I can just send them one link. They don't need an account to join the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I have heard from guests is that there are some browser/opperating system combinations that don't work well with Riverside.

Saves my recordings in the cloud. Allows me to edit the recordings. Makes transcriptions of the recordings.
HAND DOWN THE BEST VIDEO EDITING PROGRAM I HAVE TRIED
What do you like best about the product?
Caption generation is very accurate, and simple to generate. The AI seems to learn, and quickly becomes better to 100% accuracy. The correct all option is great. The text and video simultanious cut is absolutely a game changer. It is easy to bring in another party for dual recording. The AI sound correction is great and leads to a high quality video. All edits are pretty inuitive, and everything can be done easlily with a simple click of a button to implement changes. I am using Riverside exclusively for all my editing now, multiple times a week. Exporting is also very easy. I can edit a video fully with almost no effort and in less than 5 minutes. I also appreciate the AI generation of options to auto create both short and long videos multipurpose and uses for a single video. I LOVE LOVE LOVE RIVERSIDE.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, everything I have is pretty nit-picky. It would be nice to be able to save brand colors. The downloanding is a little clunky and slow. I wish the dual record and a preview option for the layout, but that is easy enough to fix with a test run. Overall the "dislikes" are very very minimal, and have very little impact on the ease of use of qulaity of product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for easy and frequent social media generation, promotional videos, to build brand recognition, networking and lead gen through parasocial relationships and education.
Riverside is the best side.
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside.fm offers me a variety of applications for my business and my podcast that I use daily. Integrative AI tools help me easily repurpose long-format content and implement my business strategy. The Riverside support team has been responsive and made it easier for me to integrate functions that are new to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Riverside.fm team continues to develop platform functions and offers a community space to connect and learn more about what is being rolled out. The downside is that everything that will be available for Riverside.fm isn't available yet, but it will be available soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a one-man operation and Riverside has allowed me to develop the content of my business with long-form and short-form applications.
Riverside.fm far exceeded my expectations. Fantastic tool!!

I would love to have the full power of the browser version in mobile. Game changer.
