While Riverside is excellent for remote recording, we still need other solutions to optimise presenter experiece for live interactive presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The majority of our recording needs are for remote guests and Riverside ensures we capture the best quality video and audio.

I do some in person podcasts so I would love tools that could also help with that.

Top notch podcasting platform, with top notch support!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get set up, implemented, and recording. Use the tool every week. Great AI tools for enhancing and enriching the podcast content. Their support is great, and easy to reach. They are quick to resolve issues, and are clearly customer focused in their approach. Their platform also works with Sony camera gear for streaming, which isn't available with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see even more integrated AI, with more AI available at lower subscription tiers.

Fantastic Online Recording Studio!
What do you like best about the product?
Riverside offers a high quality multi-track recording studio to produce a series of fantastic audio files for editing. With their local saving feature it makes calls drops or "cyber" voice pretty much non-existent. I really like the quality of the files that I get from Riverside for editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Ai" editing program tends to leave some pops in the audio when using the remove space tool. Also when trying to remove a specific word when more than one person is talking it will tend to eliminate the entire conversation.

Creatng a podcast with multiple guests all being recorded on their own track

so far no trouble at all, it does the job that i needed it to do.

i accidentally erased my studio recording while using the app!
as when i went to exit it asked to leaved, i thought i needed to log out, but i didnt read properly so that was not clear when you are doing things quickly

The auto-addition of sub-titles to the content, auto-creation of a transcripts
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to have the highest level of account to gain access to the ability to integrate external content, e.g. a slideshow, into the recording, am having to use OBS Studio to make it happen instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
single solution for content creation, not having to post-produce most content in film-editing software.

What do you like best about the product?
Riverside is a great platform for recording high quality audio locally. This allows users to avoid the usual bugs and glitches that occur when using other video-calling applications. It provides extremely clean and clear audio, and the platform is as intuitive as other video recording applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are lag errors that stifle the live recordings, even when the audio is recovered locally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to record over other video meeting software, such as Zoom or Google Meets.

Riverside has completely streamlined our process. Through their ability to generate shownotes, social media clip, and entire episodes, I have so much more free time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little annoying when the video quality in real time is lagging, or because of the localized recording and guests not having optimal computers and this resulting in having to default to the "master audio."
