Great podcast hosting service for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
We've used Riverside for season 2 of our podcast and I am so glad we found it! The platform allows us to download high audio files without requiring participants to record on their end. It's been a helpful tool for our interviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only wish we had more space; we really enjoy using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps record high quality audio files of all of our participants without us having to ask interviewees to upload their audio files.

The pricing structure seemed straightforward on the surface, but as soon as I subscribed and started using their services, hidden fees and extra charges started popping up out of nowhere.

By recording locally on each participant's end and then syncing the audio and video streams, it mitigates the risks associated with dropped calls or audio/video synchronization issues, providing more stable recordings.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the UI you have designed super simple and sleek. The recording process and export process is nice and simple too. We are also loving the new Clips generator.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the download buttons are a little hidden and could be made more focal.

Makes it super simple for us to record our podcast with an all in one solution. Our guests are also finding it super simple to record on as well. The Premier pro export option is also a life saver as we edit in premier pro.

The interface is super simple and the quality output is phenomenal. As a host I have the capability to control the session and identify issues pre record which is invaluable in saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of communication, I enjoy the magic clip testing, it's helpful. I think the platform is easy for guests and hosts even with no experience to get two people in a room to talk!
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a professional camera and the quality looks fuzzier and not professional as it does when actuallt recording. This is something I'm working out with the team currently, so I don't foresee it being a long-term issue because they're so responsive, and can help me understand what I need to do to improve the footage!
