I've been impressed by the amout of support Zuora makes available to its customers.

There are many features that are not available out of the box and must be custom developed.

We are using Zuora to assist with reducing the manual effort to bill customers and have bee able to make our operations more efficient.

Zuora is a good subscription management system as product catalog and billing are integrated pretty seamlessly.

Inbility to connect to mobile app stores, such as iTunes and Goole Play

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is easy and super user-friendly. Zuora is perfect for any subscription business. The product is ever-evolving too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to make line item payments, and order modifications should be able to be future dated on demand. This is already accommodated for, so big plus.

Not your normal billing system
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use and ability to adjust the recurring billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to process flat payment amounts with remainder to a credit card. CBA application is difficult to follow through on customers with multiple subscriptions. Support takes too long to get back on issues. We have a couple of customers that will not print invoices due to volume of subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining subscriptions and the ability to apply credits to future invoices in lieu of processing refunds.

The lack of a billing statement. This is a request from our customers and is neederd from a billing software.
