System issues are resolved for stores with a faster response time.

I can't think of anything that I dislike it is a great tool.

Nothing. ignio has enough potential to solve this kind of issues efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Order status mismatches between multiple systems. ignio helps identify the order issues before it impacts the end user.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently moved from Ignio from another tool for event management because of its ability to do closed-loop automation, provide advanced noise reduction capabilities along with 360 degree visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is steep for IT teams to fully utilize its capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to resolve chronic incidents, reducing time that support agents spend on resolving repetitive incidents

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to deploy and end to end advanced workflow automation to enable a new feature for employees and eliminate the manual process using Ignio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to data issues in our organization, the bot we built has run into unexpected failures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ignio is solving the problem of employees taking unnecessary training. Now, they can request the removal and have it approved by the correct stakeholders.
Ignio: Ease to automate business process
What do you like best about the product?
Ignio has provided us with many benefits in automating the business processes by reducing efforts from the support team. Automations like access management, disk cleanup, server restarts, and monitoring are some of the use cases that have yielded reductions in tickets, support costs etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the platform gets new features/upgrades, it takes longer for implementation. The changes should be well communicated to customers.

The automation of users' access, ignio ability to verify aspects related to giving users access like training and AD accounts with Astellas

Havent had the chance to use test the system in the production environment with real users as it is not live yet for Vault clinical, so far i dont have anything that i dislike

Automation of users access has a great benefit to my organization as it eliminates the manual effort related to this activity which will make the process faster

What do you like best about the product?
Ignio can query the data from both SAP and non-SAP systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have a dashboard to display results. Need integration with Power BI.

Helped us to monitor the usage of Open Text licenses from both SAP and non-SAP (content server) front which avoided us from paying huge penalties.
