With a rich library of AI and ML algorithms, over 150 out of the box self heal use cases and pre built automation capabilities spanning across 40 technologies, ignio AIOps reduces the time for Enterprises to get started with their transformation journey by around 40 percent. I find Digitate Ignio to be a good tool for automation and workload management, helping our organization to monitor and automate critical jobs and business processes. I like the capability of Ignio for automating tasks and reducing manual efforts, which is a big plus for us. I also appreciate its feature of predictive analysis and that it was quick and easy to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
The team supported me throughout every stage of the process, and I also found the product to be very robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The request was a bit unclear at the beginning, which caused some delays initially. However, once that was sorted out, everything went smoothly. It would be great if the initial instructions could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Ignio team was developing a product designed to help identify the best dealers for purchasing cruise parts, as well as to assist in reducing purchase costs. I am sending data through an API using a POST request, and I have integrated that API on my end.

The best thing for me about Digitate is that it has the power the troubleshoot and fix issued related to information technology with the use of Artificial intelligence.

The thing that complicates the use of Digitate is that it very hard to setup and makes customization really demanding for a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By automating the workflow, it eliminates the need for manual work and can identify significant problems before they escalate into major issues. Altogether, these features help reduce the team's time spent on tasks, minimize performance issues, and enhance overall system reliability.
