AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You buy this platform under a single contract and pay per capability based on usage. Each of the 30 capabilities meters differently, matched to what it tracks. Monitoring dimensions bill per host, node, device, database, transaction, or synthetic run. Operational capabilities bill per event, incident, automation, check, or execution. Cloud Cost Optimization bills as a percentage of your cloud spend. Digital Workspace bills per device, with an add-on priced per service desk user. Add-ons like Netflow, Workload Predictions, and Workload What-if attach to base capabilities. You add or scale capabilities independently as usage grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one host for Infrastructure Monitoring, and how do containers factor in?
Infrastructure Monitoring bills per host across servers, virtual machines, and containers in your technology stack. Each monitored server or VM counts as one host. This covers both on-premises and cloud-hosted systems, including container environments monitored across the stack.
How does the AI Assist dimension combine with capabilities like Event Management or Incident Management?
You pay the base capability price plus AI Assist usage separately. AI Assist meters per assist and adds conversational reasoning to a capability. There is no flat agent fee. You are charged the assist cost only when the agent reasons, on top of the base per-event or per-incident charge.
How does Cloud Cost Optimization billing scale, since it is priced on my cloud spend?
Cloud Cost Optimization bills at 3% of your average cloud spend across multi-cloud environments. As your monitored cloud spend rises or falls, this charge moves with it. It gives vendor-agnostic cost analytics and lifecycle automation. The charge scales proportionally, so cost tracks your actual cloud usage.
