What do you like best about the product?

I find Digitate to be a highly effective platform for managing business processes and value streams, thanks to its powerful automation capabilities that simplify operations and enable early detection of potential issues. What stands out is Digitate's ability to clearly demonstrate business impact. The platform can ingest data from multiple sources, learn patterns, and continuously refine thresholds, making it both intelligent and adaptable to evolving business needs. The customer service team is exceptional—responsive, collaborative, and quick to understand our requirements and deliver customizations. Moreover, Digitate excels in integrating business process issues with underlying infrastructure, helping identify root causes at the earliest. The client services team is outstanding in their response and ability to customize solutions, which adds significant value to our organization.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think Digitate could improve its UI customization capabilities, especially for cosmetic changes. The documentation could also be better, as I've found it lacking in some areas. Also, the initial setup process was a bit tedious, although the client services team was really helpful in managing it.

Digitate helps monitor end-to-end critical business processes, detect potential issues early, and identify root causes quickly. Its powerful automation and integration capabilities, alongside a responsive client service team, have been valuable in managing and refining business operations effectively.

This tool has great potential. A lot of things can be integrated, and it works well with different sources.

It would have been easier if it took fewer clicks for users to view the data.

Great platform for SREs to integrate data from different sources and set up health checks that provide useful insights into your application’s performance.

It is good platform to onboard and implement AI based checks to monitor almost every components

This improves impact analysis, speeds up recovery, and enables our SRE and sustain teams to respond more effectively while benefiting from automated notifications and operational intelligence.

I like Digitate's ability to absorb inputs from multiple sources for aggregation and correlation, helping share better insights with the SRE and sustain teams. The ability to set up notifications seamlessly is also a plus. It also helps me get a more accurate impact or initial level of analysis based on the signals and narrow down the recovery path. The support from the TCS team during the setup was commendable.

I find the UI and the ability to view the alerts and monitors quickly as a snapshot could be improved.

Digitate helps us move from reactive to proactive support, integrating insights from multiple APM sources. It aggregates and correlates data for accurate impact analysis and recovery, improving our SRE and sustain teams with seamless notifications.

Technical learning curve is higher than other automation means in IT.

Helps automate our user access provisioning reducing manual efforts for this and letting the support team focus on other important areas.

I like the capability of Ignio for automating tasks and reducing manual efforts, which is a big plus for us. I also appreciate its feature of predictive analysis and that it was quick and easy to set up.

Digitate Ignio helps automate and manage workloads, monitoring critical jobs and business processes, filling monitoring gaps, and reducing manual efforts. I also appreciate its predictive analysis features.

The team supported me throughout every stage of the process, and I also found the product to be very robust.

The request was a bit unclear at the beginning, which caused some delays initially. However, once that was sorted out, everything went smoothly. It would be great if the initial instructions could be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Ignio team was developing a product designed to help identify the best dealers for purchasing cruise parts, as well as to assist in reducing purchase costs. I am sending data through an API using a POST request, and I have integrated that API on my end.

The best thing for me about Digitate is that it has the power the troubleshoot and fix issued related to information technology with the use of Artificial intelligence.

The thing that complicates the use of Digitate is that it very hard to setup and makes customization really demanding for a new user.

By automating the workflow, it eliminates the need for manual work and can identify significant problems before they escalate into major issues. Altogether, these features help reduce the team's time spent on tasks, minimize performance issues, and enhance overall system reliability.
