What do you like best about the product?
It's capability to ingest signals from multiple monitoring sources and intelligently aggregate and correlate them. This helps generate meaningful insights for SRE and sustain teams, enabling faster decision-making. The platform also makes it easy to configure notifications and alerts, which improves operational responsiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the user interface, particularly in terms of customization and navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitate helps our teams transition from a reactive operations model to a more proactive and automated approach. By integrating signals from multiple APM and monitoring tools, it aggregates and correlates data to provide clearer insights into incidents. This improves impact analysis, speeds up recovery, and enables our SRE and sustain teams to respond more effectively while benefiting from automated notifications and operational intelligence.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Digitate's ability to absorb inputs from multiple sources for aggregation and correlation, helping share better insights with the SRE and sustain teams. The ability to set up notifications seamlessly is also a plus. It also helps me get a more accurate impact or initial level of analysis based on the signals and narrow down the recovery path. The support from the TCS team during the setup was commendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UI and the ability to view the alerts and monitors quickly as a snapshot could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitate helps us move from reactive to proactive support, integrating insights from multiple APM sources. It aggregates and correlates data for accurate impact analysis and recovery, improving our SRE and sustain teams with seamless notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
The team supported me throughout every stage of the process, and I also found the product to be very robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The request was a bit unclear at the beginning, which caused some delays initially. However, once that was sorted out, everything went smoothly. It would be great if the initial instructions could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Ignio team was developing a product designed to help identify the best dealers for purchasing cruise parts, as well as to assist in reducing purchase costs. I am sending data through an API using a POST request, and I have integrated that API on my end.

Digitate is helping solve several key challenges in IT operations. It reduces the heavy manual effort required for incident detection, root cause analysis, and routine operational tasks. By using AI-driven insights, automation, and contextual understanding, it helps identify issues proactively before they impact users. This leads to fewer outages, faster resolution times, and smoother day-to-day operations.

The biggest benefit is the shift from reactive firefighting to proactive, autonomous operations. At times, the system can experience intermittent disconnections when the Wi-Fi signal strength drops below 65%. This susceptibility to losing connection can be inconvenient if your wireless network is not consistently strong.

IT monitoring allows prompt alerts when an issue has been detected, and a ticket is generated and then assigned to the appropriate resolution team. Throw prompt alerts, which will prevent major outages and service disruptions
