Predicting SLA Breaches
What do you like best about the product?
Ignio WLM fills a gap in our impact assessment capabilities that we have not been able to cover easily using other solutions. Using WLM our change teams are able to profile design changes to workload processing and optimize without having to replicate the workload in non-production environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization of Ignio is realtively straight forward but has a proprietary approach to configuration and development. It does not easily integrate with our DevOps pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've high volume workloads with tight delivery deadlines and it's very dificult to replicate these environments in test. Profiling the workload in production and running 'What If' scenarios early in the software delivery cycle allows teams to make successful design decisions to optimize.

New capability for end-to-end retail visibility on the application and good automation with multiple partner system capability.

The rollout and implementation took more time and new update releases should be well communicated to customers.

Front end user administration for store and office associates to get their password and rolls changes through the IGNIO.

What do you like best about the product?
Digitate is always receptive to hearing client feedback and following suggestions/input on new features. Digitate has increased our teams productivity on delivery our services.
What do you dislike about the product?
With new features/functions/upgrades, we sometimes need to wait for the development to be completed so we can implement the new features. The team tries to mitigate these impacts as best possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreasing manual tasks and duration to provide services to internal clients. This allows the teams to focus on more value-added tasks instead of manual efforts.

Initial installation and support require specialized skills
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fills missing functionality gaps in shrink-wrap software like SAP, Ariba, RedShift, ETL, and orchestrate processes that cover more than a single tool

What do you like best about the product?
Availability of Out of Box use cases for System Health check, interactive dashboard & quick email Notifications which helps in terms of Monitoring. Many more OOB use cases available for example space clean up on drives, capacity management, Batch Management dashboards/predictions, etc. Availability of Customized SOPS which is plus where in we can automate the process with quick and easy codes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing which I would like to have is flexibility on the Report (Web or Email) /Dashboard formats in Out of Box use cases. Would not say it is dislike but can be improved

What do you like best about the product?
ignio AI-Ops is currently being used by the infrastructure and business process department. It has been very helpful in improving our process quality, reducing noise alerts, and automating our AI process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of installation and settings. Configuration is tedious for some tasks

We have leveraged ignio health checks to proactively monitor application availability and self-heal proactively to avoid incidents that impact business operations.

The lack of canned automation. Everything has to be stick built

Mainly IT related problems such as routine maintenance and starting to go into Incident resolution. We are also using the tool for a few business processes.

The platform is very much capable to cover infrastructure automation needs. The predictive batch operations capabilities shine. Health checking and incident automation is a strong part of this product.
Leveraging Ignio to promote automation within IT Operations
What do you like best about the product?
We have primarily deployed ERP Ops use cases t0 Production which has allowed us to improve the monitoring of our extensive SAP environment. We are working with a good team of Digitate consultants to expand our use of the Ignio platform across IT Operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still in the process of expanding the number of Ignio use cases in production. Depending on the use case being implemented, some can take longer than expected to deploy depending on the amount of customization required within the Ignio platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing ERP-Ops use cases focused on Security & Compliance, Basis Administration, and Master Data Management within our SAP environment. Implementing multiple AI-Ops use cases related to improving and automating our capabilities in System Monitoring, Event Management, System Maintenance, and Automated Testing. Providing automated testing and self-healing capabilities across the IT Landscape
