Ignio - A very good tool to make your application more proactive
What do you like best about the product?
Ignio tool has been efficient in performing a reconciliation task for us across multiple warehouses, resulting in more proactive than a reactive approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead time for establishing the solution but once set, it works best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for an automation across a couple of our retail systems is well connected with Ignio. We could reap benefits of multiple layers of data reconcilation and slice the data to our need.

What do you dislike about the product?
Product documentation is more internal, community forums to be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment we have used the tool only for the monitoring part and I must say that I am satisfied with the support and performance of the product. We have replaced a many manual ways of doings in our company and we are satisfied with manual effort reductions

What do you like best about the product?
At the moment we have used the tool only for the monitoring part and I must say that I am satisfied with the support and performance of the product. We have replaced a historical product in our company and we are satisfied with how it works

User interface is not very friendly but could be improved especially for Graphana integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my stream (Batch Management) Ignio works with our monitoring Tool in order to open Incident into Service Now

What do you like best about the product?
The professional services team has been the best part of Digitate. Apart from that, the product itself has a very user friendly UI and clean interface. Integration with UC4 has been a plus. The professional services team has been very good about heavy lifting on integration of the tool. Customer feedback is taken into account by this team when feedback is clearly provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on SME feedback, event orchestration portion of the product has little way to go before covering all bases. While integration has been smooth, API calls we assumed would be the case initially have mostly been replaced by DB query level integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the onset, ignio was selected to solve positive validation in our Operations. Manual work and misses were the target replacement sections of this tool. Currently, we are looking at extending beyond these initial cases, and into auto healing capabilities in Operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Ignios support team is always there to help with any issues and their dedication to providing top level service is clear. They’re a big part of what makes Ignio work so well and their hard work and commitment to excellence are really appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding automation to a complex security environment is difficult. With so many things to consider, finding the right balance between automation and security can be tricky and this has been a difficult part of our journey.

Automating repetitive admin tasks that have been overlooked when rolling out services.

Once deployed, it is difficult to change unless there is an ongoing development effort.

We use ignio to automate user account creation, deactivation and security updates
Great Performance and Partnership with Digitate
What do you like best about the product?
It has greatly improved our IT operations by reducing the number of manual processes, and it has significant potential to increase its utility and support continued improvement. The team is very knowledgeable and provides the support we need. Continuous improvement and continuous development through identification of new opportunities by the team, and excellent partnership with our operations teams for feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some use cases take longer than expected to implement because of time constraints, limited resources, and overall complexity. The documentation also has room for improvement and could be clearer in places. That said, I haven’t faced any major issues with Digitate overall, and both the product and support teams are consistently reachable and responsive, meeting our requirements when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling alerts and automating various IT operations processes has helped increase the performance of our support and operations teams. It also supports health checks across the infrastructure, and the event correlation capabilities make incident management more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
The Insights reports and statistics presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Maps section is complicated, we have hover our mouse to view info in the cyrcle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not seen yet except for the Insights reports and statistics.
