Modern platform with highly responsive support team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a very close support system from the BrightEdge team, whom are always there to answer our questions, should they arise with the BrightEdge product, throughout each week and through our bi-weekly sessions. I like most that the platform is intuitive and easy to use. Having integrations with Google Search Console and Google Analytics helps a lot too. The pricing is not too bad and I'm glad that we can negotiate things with our Account Manager to ensure the best pricing packages for our company. The performance of our keywords since using BrightEdge have been a great testament to the organic SEO improvements and recommendations that BrightEdge has guided us with since we started with the platform. Furthermore, their latest AI Catalyst and CoPilot content writing tools help magnanimously with our content creation suggestions and keyword and text refinements across our whole website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are so many sub-pages to go through from the main landing page in the platform. It can become a bit messy and hard to see which area is best to focus and work on. These make it a bit less likely for us to log in frequently on a daily basis. However, they're not enough to stop us from utilising the platform altogether. Maybe things could be organised much better in the menus?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge is solving issues where our competitors are pushing ahead of us significantly and is suggesting quick wins and feasible solutions to quickly regain traction back from our competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge has been a very useful tool for our SEO efforts. It is easy to use to research target keywords, competitors and our AI brand presence. I appreciate that it makes recommendations to improve our organic traffic and has an autopilot AI feature to make it quicker and easier to implement changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One suggested improvement would be to make it a bit more intuitive. Sometimes it's unclear which of the areas in the platform are best suited to gather the information I'm looking for or to answer the question I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrightEdge for SEO to solve the problem of not knowing where our business ranks vs competitors, and to understand our AI presence. It helps with competitor research and keyword analysis, providing ease in updating content and optimizing tags.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge provides market context, allows us to analyze keyword behavior in more depth, gives alerts for 404 errors or missing metadata, and helps us better understand visibility and share within LLMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that keyword data and the pages we want to track need to be added manually, that the platform doesn’t automatically generate basic dashboards, or that it doesn’t allow us to duplicate a dashboard created for one specific brand across others within the same account.

I like the wide range of different features there are in there
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it’s a bit difficult to find what you need to find due to the naming conventions. Also there’s so much cross over that despite using the platform for a few years, I don’t know where to look for what type of activity

It’s helping us with reporting SEO metrics but also helping us to understand how our site performs on AI

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrightEdge for a variety of tasks, including site audits and content creation. A standout feature for me is the ability to extract specific errors related to AI search, which is valuable in today's SEO landscape. I find using Copilot very handy for addressing small SEO problems and even for handling full pages on our website. I personally like Data Cube X a lot because it allows me to compare with competitors in search and see what kind of keywords they are targeting to attract customers. Once our Customer Success Manager (CSM) went through the general use and lessons on how to use the platform, setting up notifications and other functionalities was smooth and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes dashboards can become dense and repetitive, so just having to comb through them all can become a task to find important data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge helps me extract specific AI search errors, which is useful in SEO, and solves small SEO problems with copilot, even optimizing full pages on our website.

I'm trying to figure out how to best use BrightEdge. It feels like there are gaps in understanding how to use all its features effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrightEdge is its enterprise-level insights and how it connects SEO performance directly to business outcomes like revenue and ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about BrightEdge is that it can be expensive and less flexible compared to other tools, with a steeper learning curve for some features, that will make the tool difficult for people to really take full advantage of it
