Reliable IP Service with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find IPRoyal to be reliable most of the time, which is important for me. The support is great and very quick to respond, which I really appreciate. It makes a big difference to have fast and effective support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are downtimes sometimes, and when it's down, it's really bad because I can't do anything about it. Also, I wish there was compensation for these issues or a way to use promo codes for renewals on existing IPs, not just new orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IPRoyal solves the problem of not being able to see how my websites and offers behave from different countries. I run affiliate websites, so I need to verify geo-targeted content and ensure users in different regions see the correct offers.
In my workflow, I configure the proxy in my browser (usually Firefox) and use it to simulate traffic from different countries when testing landing pages, redirects, and tracking links. This allows me to check that everything works correctly outside my local environment.
This helps me catch issues early, avoid sending traffic to broken or incorrect offers, and ultimately prevents revenue loss. I use it regularly when launching or troubleshooting campaigns, and it saves me a lot of time compared to testing blindly.

Great proxy IP service, fast support - A No brainer choice really!
What do you like best about the product?
Solid service. On top, I love how for a small premium fee I can buy clean IP addresses form specific locations that have a high quality score.
Plus the so called 24/7 support makes it a no brainer because my ADHD brain can come up with all kinds of ridiculous queries at unearthly hours. So to always have someone to help with those, its GOLD!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes takes time to get through to an agent but as a business owner I dont really consider that a negative. It just means lots of others like me trust these guys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My YouTube media business requires clean IP addresses and profiles for new channels as trust is often a huge factor for views and clickthroughs. IP Royal makes it easy for me to buy and manage high quality IP addresses for my different channels, from one simple dashboard.

I use IPRoyal mainly for managing multiple social media and YouTube accounts for my creation business, and what I like most is the combination of competitive pricing, consistent service quality, and responsive support. The support is always available and genuinely helpful whenever I need assistance. I appreciate that I've never had a YouTube account flagged while using IPRoyal. Affordable pricing lets me scale my proxy usage without hurting my budget. IPRoyal offered better value for the type of proxies we needed, and the initial setup was simple, just copying the proxy credentials into the browser profile settings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be improved is the payment options. A wider variety of methods would make it easier for users in different regions.

High-Quality, Reliable Proxies for Scraping & Geo-specific Testing
What do you like best about the product?
high-quality and reliable proxies for scraping and geo-specific testing. Almost 0 CAPTCHAs and no 403 errors. Simple setup and integrates cleanly with existing scraping stack. Technically proficient support staff. use it on a project basis, typically weekly depending on my scraping workload and active data collection tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some specific geo-locations, especially smaller region, are occasionally unavailable or out of stock, (which can slow down certain location-specific tests).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been using IPRoyal’s residential proxies in a data scraping setup, mainly with Python. My primary use case is collecting region-specific data (like localized pricing and search results) where datacenter proxies get blocked quickly. Most providers offer ISP/residential IPs that are almost always low-quality/high-fraud data center proxies. IPRoyal is incredibly reliable when it comes to this issue. Connections are stable, and I haven't gotten blocked thus far. Almost 0 CAPTCHAs and no 403 errors either (so I don't need to constantly rotate setups or troubleshoot failed requests).
Setup was straightforward (integrated it in 10 minutes using Playwright and works cleanly with existing scraping stack without modification). Dashboard is simple, proxy credentials are easy to manage, no confusion. Support is also genuinely helpful. The dashboard is simple and sessions are easy to manage.
Have also had a good experience with support. I really appreciated the fact they seemed to be technically proficient and could address the issue instead of pointing me to documentation and articles.

Easy Installation and Variety of Proxies
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of installation of IPRoyal proxies and the variety of options they offer. Additionally, I appreciate that with IPRoyal the installation is simply copy and paste, which is much easier compared to other more advanced platforms. I am very happy with their products and services, so much so that I don't feel there is anything they need to improve. I value how IPRoyal allows me to use different IPs to manage YouTube accounts, which is beneficial for privacy and security. I would definitely recommend IPRoyal, I would give it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
To nitpick, maybe the issue with the verified IPs that are new, when you buy them they have an additional cost, it would be nice if this cost didn't exist.

Best USA Residential ISP Proxies and literally the best customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using IProyal for some time now, and their USA ISP proxies are really good for my work. The best part is definitely the support. I needed a clean IP with a 0 fraud score for my social media marketing work. I reached out to the support agent for a better USA ISP proxy, and a support agent manually checked my requirement and helped me get a great Mesa, AZ IP for me very quickly. The dashboard is simple, and the proxy speed is okay. I have tried other proxy websites, but IPRoyal is the best for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
to be honest it is a bit complicated because i dont always get the best isp IPs automatically. to get an ip that fits my exact needs, i actually have to message their support and ask them to check their stock manually. if i have good luck and it is in stock, i get it. but if the specific ip i need is out of stock, i just have to wait a few days for the next restock. so it takes some extra time and effort for me.

IP Royal: Fast, Reliable Proxies with Flexible Country and City Targeting
What do you like best about the product?
It's the best Proxy provider on the market, I have used many different proxy providers but all of them are slow and sometimes their servers are off so can't use the proxy for a day or two. But after switching to IP Royal 2 months ago, the internet speed of the proxy is fast and also the server is down. The best part about IP Royal is that we can chose in which country we want to get an IP from but also the city which gives more options. And the best part is they charge for the proxies in advance so that it continues for another period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't had a bad experience with them. I haven't seen the dashboard glitching or website not loading and other errors. So I don't have a single complain against them
