What do you like best about the product?
PRoyal offers a wide selection of node regions, with good network latency performance and easy configuration. Customer service responds promptly to network failures, meeting my needs for cross-border access and overseas research.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some node regions occasionally experience speed fluctuations, and certain IPs are intercepted by websites. I hope the backend can add more filtering features and optimize the Chinese documentation for domestic users to quickly troubleshoot network issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of domestic networks being unable to access overseas commercial websites. Used for overseas market research, finding foreign customer resources, bypassing IP restrictions, and ensuring stable information gathering for foreign trade business.

What do you like best about the product?
IPRoyal’s residential proxy pool has been reliable for geo-targeted automation — we use it to run scheduled scripts that need to look like real traffic from specific countries (US, UAE, and others), and the IP quality holds up well for that. Once credentials and auth were configured correctly, it’s been stable for ongoing, unattended automated use, and their GEO coverage has been broad enough to support multiple campaigns across different regions without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting proxy authentication set up correctly took some trial and error early on — credential formatting needed to be precise, and a password-masking bug on our own backend ended up corrupting the stored proxy password at one point, which looked like an IPRoyal auth failure until we traced it back. Verifying that GEO-targeted IPs were actually tagged correctly for less common regions also took some manual testing rather than being obvious out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use IPRoyal’s residential proxies to warm click IDs for affiliate tracking links on a scheduled basis — visiting offer URLs through real, geo-matched residential IPs so the click data we capture reflects genuine regional traffic patterns rather than obviously automated or datacenter requests. This lets us keep tracking data fresh and accurate across multiple campaigns and countries without manual intervention, running reliably on a recurring automated schedule in the background.

I don’t dislike it, but sometimes the IPS City quota is full. I want New York, but the New York IPS isn’t available sometimes.
