What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about IPRoyal is the stability of the proxies. I’ve had a good experience using them, without frequent connection issues or unexpected interruptions. The setup was also straightforward, and whenever I had a question, the support team responded quickly and was actually helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I would improve is the pricing structure. Depending on the type and location of proxy needed, the costs can add up when you’re using them regularly for research. I’d also like to see a few more straightforward options for managing and comparing proxy usage, especially for smaller marketing teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Stability is the main thing that's kept me on IPRoyal — I haven't had random drops or connections dying mid-task, which used to be a constant headache with other providers. Buying and setting up proxies is genuinely simple, no unnecessary steps or confusing dashboard. I use them mostly for marketing and research work, and they've held up well for that — consistent performance even when I'm running things for longer stretches. Pricing is fair for what you get, and when I've needed support, responses have come quickly and actually solved the issue instead of sending me a generic script.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that's been a dealbreaker, but there's room to improve on how proxy reputation is handled. When you buy proxies that start with a "0" trust/reputation score, it'd help a lot if IPRoyal could guarantee — or at least be clearer about — how that score builds up or gets verified before the sale, so you're not the one absorbing the risk of an IP that's still "unproven." A bit more transparency or a warm-up guarantee there would make a real difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the reliability gap I kept running into with proxy providers for marketing and research tasks — I need something that stays up and doesn't get flagged constantly. IPRoyal's stability means less time troubleshooting and more time actually getting the work done.

What do you like best about the product?
Safe and strong ISP function. high speed, suitable price, good UI I really love IPRoyal's pay-as-you-go model because the data never expires, which is perfect for my workflow. The dashboard is super easy to use, and their 24/7 live support is incredibly fast whenever I have a question. Sometimes the speeds can fluctuate a bit on residential proxies, but for the price and the great customer service, it's easily one of the best budget options out there.

The notification on the message box in the right-bottom corner that appears every time when I login.
