What do you like best about the product?
I really like IPRoyal's customer support because they're always there to listen and guide me, which allows me to get good feedback and help to work better and understand my problems. I also appreciate how easy IPRoyal is to use; the website makes it simple for any new user to buy services. I like that whenever I make orders, they process them immediately, so most of the time, I don't even need to contact support. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy since I just signed up with my Google account and verified it, making it straightforward for any new user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am yet to find it to be very honest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use IPRoyal to access services like Outlier when I'm outside my registered country as a student, avoiding long permission processes, and it works great.

What do you like best about the product?
Lately, I’ve really appreciated the improved connection stability and consistent performance across different locations. It feels more reliable than before, especially for long sessions. I also like how intuitive the dashboard is—it makes managing IPs and usage much easier without any friction.

Intuitive Interface, Needs a Kill Switch

What do you like best about the product?
I like almost everything about IPRoyal, from the friendly user interface to navigating the website easily. The tutorial on how to set up the proxy on my PC was super helpful as I didn't have to reach out to a third party to help me set up and download my proxy extension. Having a good user interface makes it easy for users to familiarize themselves with the web app, and it's straightforward to navigate different parts and functions on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the absence of a kill switch problematic. It would be great if a kill switch feature could be added. This feature would automatically block all Internet traffic if the proxy connection drops, preventing my real IP from leaking. My account on a platform got banned because my Internet connection was unstable, and in that split second, my real IP got detected by their security system. Also, the subscription could be a bit more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use IPRoyal to access meaningful websites blocked by my location. It solves the issue of geoblocking effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I find IPRoyal very easy to use and appreciate their great customer service. The initial setup was very easy, which I value highly. I also like how their ISP proxies allow me to keep using the same IP address, which is particularly useful since I travel to different countries frequently.
