What do you like best about the product?

Frankly, the proxy service does the job: the residential IPs are stable and the connection is fast. However, the dashboard design is a bit old school, and the navigation can seem confusing at first when trying to find your way around the menus. That said, once you get used to it, it goes well.

What do you dislike about the product?

The customer support sometimes takes a little time to respond during peak hours, and the IP search filters in the dashboard are not very intuitive at first glance. It's nothing prohibitive, but I would like a slightly more modern interface that is easier to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me bypass geographical blocks and manage multiple clean sessions without getting caught. So, it's perfect for my daily tasks and for my configuration tests.

The fact that it’s a solid and trustworthy proxy service provider. Very minimal ip glitches

They don’t offer enough coupons for existing users.
