Residential Proxies

What do you like best about the product?

I like the agility and practicality of IPRoyal, both for purchasing and using. I feel safe placing the proxies on devices and appreciate the quality. So far, I haven't had any issues: the proxies have never dropped or deactivated unexpectedly. I've bought more than 10, and among the sites I've tried, IPRoyal has helped me the most and made my money worth it. I can use the proxies on browsers and physical phones without problems. It also helps me stay located in France even while being in Brazil.

What do you dislike about the product?

Initially, I had some difficulty with the initial setup because I was inexperienced and had never used a proxy or VPN. With YouTube tutorials and daily use, I started to understand. After that, it became easy, and for now, I have no other criticisms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I need to be located in France, even though I am in Brazil, and IPRoyal helps me with that.

What do you like best about the product?

PRoyal offers a wide selection of node regions, with good network latency performance and easy configuration. Customer service responds promptly to network failures, meeting my needs for cross-border access and overseas research.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some node regions occasionally experience speed fluctuations, and certain IPs are intercepted by websites. I hope the backend can add more filtering features and optimize the Chinese documentation for domestic users to quickly troubleshoot network issues.

What do you like best about the product?

IPRoyal’s residential proxy pool has been reliable for geo-targeted automation — we use it to run scheduled scripts that need to look like real traffic from specific countries (US, UAE, and others), and the IP quality holds up well for that. Once credentials and auth were configured correctly, it’s been stable for ongoing, unattended automated use, and their GEO coverage has been broad enough to support multiple campaigns across different regions without issues.

What do you dislike about the product?

Getting proxy authentication set up correctly took some trial and error early on — credential formatting needed to be precise, and a password-masking bug on our own backend ended up corrupting the stored proxy password at one point, which looked like an IPRoyal auth failure until we traced it back. Verifying that GEO-targeted IPs were actually tagged correctly for less common regions also took some manual testing rather than being obvious out of the box.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use IPRoyal’s residential proxies to warm click IDs for affiliate tracking links on a scheduled basis — visiting offer URLs through real, geo-matched residential IPs so the click data we capture reflects genuine regional traffic patterns rather than obviously automated or datacenter requests. This lets us keep tracking data fresh and accurate across multiple campaigns and countries without manual intervention, running reliably on a recurring automated schedule in the background.

What do you like best about the product?

I like this service overall. The GB residential IPs are the best IPs.

What do you dislike about the product?

What I like most about IPRoyal is the practicality of the platform. The dashboard is intuitive, purchasing and configuring proxies is simple, and I can easily use them with the tools I need. The performance usually meets my needs, although I have faced compatibility issues with some IPs. In these situations, I had a good experience with support, which helped me resolve the issues and get a refund. I also find the prices competitive, especially given the variety of options available. As for AI features, I haven't had enough experience to evaluate them. Overall, I am satisfied with the service, especially for the ease of management, cost-benefit, and quality of service.

What do you like best about the product?

I really liked the support agents at IPRoyal. They changed my IP address quickly and without any issues, and they didn’t charge anything extra for it. I also appreciate that the pricing is fairly affordable.

I use static proxies, and I value that during checkout I can choose a system for determining an IP’s premium status - for example, one with a good Scamalytics rating. That’s very convenient. The initial setup was easy as well: I only had to fill out a short questionnaire, and they automatically selected the right package for me to purchase.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t really have anything negative to say - I like everything so far. I gave it a 9 just because I haven’t used it for very long yet, and I want to be sure. But at the moment, I’m happy with everything.
