What do you like best about the product?

I like IPRoyal's price point for proxies and the allowed bandwidth limits. I get 5 proxies that I can rotate automatically for $15 a month, which is a super deal for me. This setup allows me to scrape thousands of business listings without the risk of my real IP being blocked by Google. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and with Claude guiding me, it was a familiar experience. I also appreciate their great support team who promptly refunded me when I mistakenly picked the wrong location for proxies.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think my only thing is maybe make it more prominent when you're buying proxies about what location they're from. I picked a wrong location one time by accident but their support was great and refunded me right away and I was able to buy the right location proxies so not a big deal at all.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

IPRoyal lets me use proxies with my scraper, preventing my real IP from getting banned when scraping thousands of listings.

I mainly use their residential network for web scraping projects. The rotating IPs are really good at bypassing captchas and keeping the success rate high. It was also very easy to integrate with my custom extraction scripts.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the speed drops a little when I try to run too many concurrent threads at the same time but it usually goes back to normal quickly.

It allows me to extract data without getting my IPs banned constantly. The pay as you go system is also great because I only spend money on the bandwidth I actually use for my projects.

I primarily use IPRoyal's static residential IP, which solves the problem of my IP constantly changing and having unstable reputation. A static IP can remain unchanged for a long time, without frequent disconnections and abnormal links, which is very convenient for using AI services and network testing. The service attitude is also particularly good. When I made a mistake during my first purchase due to unfamiliarity with the operation, they quickly refunded me and guided me to repurchase the correct IP through customer contact. Additionally, it supports Alipay payment, and overall, I am satisfied.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some backend features are not intuitive enough for new users, such as the whitelist and how to use it. I only figured out what it meant after asking AI. I hope clearer Chinese instructions and usage tutorials can be added. Additionally, it would be better if more static IPs from Asian regions could be provided. Furthermore, I chose the wrong port the first time, which led to the proxy not working. I hope a detailed Chinese introduction can be added.

It solves organisation issues. I use gologin and it lets me keep track of which proxies I’ve ordered and how they rarely e be ever go down

Pricing is transparent (around $10.90 per proxy for 90 days, no hidden bandwidth surprises), the dashboard is clean and makes it easy to grab credentials and top up in seconds, and the proxies integrate without friction into any HTTP-based client or self-hosted tool I point at them. Performance has been consistent, with no random disconnects.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not much to dislike. The longest subscription cycle for static proxies is 90 days, and since I always renew the same IPs I would welcome 6 or 12 month plans with a small loyalty discount. Also, some add ons like multi device access carry noticeable percentage fees, so it pays to check the order summary before confirming.
