What do you like best about the product?
Simplified Automation Techniques also the usage of queue and centralized automation
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't listen to the customer pain and need more often. Important how automation can look easy that's where they always lag. Instead of that they focus on other products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of automation problems starting from finance PO creation to bank onboarding. It always benefits our customer

What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of support offered in this product. The customer support team is always dedicated to offer any support whenever needed. It also comes loaded with some pre-built automations that gelps one get started with ease. The product architecture is very flexible and allows customization in order to fit your existing working environment and neet all your requirements. It unifies both Machine Learning and Artificial intelligence making it the most equiped platform for automation of any tasks in the organization. It offers both no code and pro code functionalities making it suitable for all employees irrespective of their level of coding skills. The security features are advanced and helps ensure that as you transform your business to digital, no compromise is done to security and compliance policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product helps simplify all business processes abd i have enjoyed every aspect of this tool whenever am using it. So definitely there is nothing that i dislike about it.

SS&C Blue Prism -RPA | Robotic Process Automation has been offering me and my work colleagues the most reliable services in transforming our organization into digital. With Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning enabled features, it helps us automate any of our business processes in order to improve their efficiency, reduce their completion time and remove the repetitive and tedious manual work all while maintaining the security and compliance policies of the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Blue Prism is the ease of implementation and the ability to scale, which is what its robust architecture provides. I liked the document extraction and migration and the benefits and enhanced features developed by Blue Prism. This RPA is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked the documentation to be more concise and to remove data that is not as useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to build bots with accurate data and error handling where we noticed great stability. It is an essential solution to end errors and monotonous processes.

SS&C Blue Prism - RPA is a tool that can be used by enterprises and industries to solve their needs related to both Manpower and Process Effectiveness. This leads an organisation on the path of growth and development.
What do you dislike about the product?
SS&C Blue Prism - RPA may not be more efficient on the small scale industries or Enterprises that have an abrubt structure and working model. The cost to implement RPA will not be affordable for every enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that RPA mainly focuses is the abrupt process that is being followed in the system which does not lead to better growth related results. Also their Digital workforce enables constant support and help to the organization to make the process better and easier for the organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to run multiple bots and the same machine and it's easy to do because of its friendly interface and user experience, it's great to be able to speed up the speed of decision making and have the opportunity to do heavy manual tasks because the bot does its job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a more streamlined dashboard and more intuitive AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to reduce human error, speed up processes and improve efficiency. Great RPA that meets our needs.
Good tool to Automate Processes
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of the tool is very intuitive and the Product Management will release a new version wherever it is confusing. We can easily save our scripts on cloud which helps in running and maintaining them very effectiviely.They have huge forum to interact with other engineers who are working on this tool so if you are facing some issues it can be resolved very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pricing of the tool is on the higher side except that i can say that tool provides a good amount of features so there wont be anycase which you can dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have developed Smoke, Integrationn and Regression Suite for our application which can be run on a weekly basis on a Production envionment to catch the obvious issues.
Blue Prism RPA great tool to build system processes and automate them
What do you like best about the product?
I like this very strong platform for business workflow, it's very good and quick to build and automate, I like the real-time tracking alerts and notifications and it's easy to use because it doesn't require as much coding knowledge to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's good but sometimes it's usually slow a couple of times but it's nothing serious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very useful RPA to automate all kinds of repetitive tasks and it helped us to improve the workflow and allowed us to improve our processes and not have future errors.

I like it because it is quite easy to use because it is friendly to automate tasks. I like the basic components and the stability of the platform is excellent the dashboards and the way it shows the details for external analysis and to avoid errors.

This RPA is perfect and needs no improvements and no disappointments so far.

This software is used to automate our processes and it works very well, fast and smoothly, it allows us to improve productivity and avoid mistakes that humans used to make.

What do you like best about the product?
BluePrism is famous for its automation on computers. They have a great resources online with Blue Prism University and it is easy to automate a lot of exnterprise taks with this. BluePrism also has a great support for not only pc tasks but modern web browser automation. With this, a lot of webpage automation is easy. As a Blue Prism developer, the pay scale is also good in the software and IT industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dislike is the flexibility of automation. While it adds a wide range of applications and web browsing automation, some specific industry tasks may not be possible. For example, there is no support for calendar selection in web browser automation. Also, there would a learning curver required for anyone getting started with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve industry and enterprise tasks through automation. A lot of business processes can be automated required less human work and more timed , regular and efficient delivery of business tasks. It is also saving a lot of time but not just money.
