What do you like best about the product?
The visual way of organizing the flow/actions. And the advantages are the possibility of being able to automate repetitive tasks in a practical way. Compared to the competition, it is a much more visual and practical tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to export utilities manually. It should be updated. Because your competitors, update the packages automatically, not needing to add new actions. I would like the automatic addition of utilities and VBO to be implemented in blueprism
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve customer pain by performing repetitive tasks. Where with blueprism it is possible to solve the aforementioned points, being more productive, freeing up business analysts for other tasks, increasing overall performance

How to use Decipher. I believe it is not fully finished;
Sometimes some platform features in relation to others seem to have stagnated in time. I love the blueprism way of orchestrating, but it should have the online portal.

Any type of repetition in a given process;
Things with low cognition;
Task execution speed;
Detailed management of each item, forming a queue of work logs, forming a queue of work logs, thus having precise traceability.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire software is good , I think it's practical and easy to understand and comprehend what's seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that I dislike the method to search and rename some variables or pages, because we everytime do it individually.

Almost every problems related to manual automations.

Blueprism remembers me a "lego"... you build the pieces first and after joining everything

It is more difficult to understand than other RPA languages

The task that you did mainly everyday for example, you build a bot to help time and money with that.

What do you like best about the product?
The praticality to develop, drag and drop experience is amazing. The version control. The university blue prism and the great study material. It's great to control the running automations and see what the bot is doing in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not have black theme for the work window, or another color to be most sensitive for the eye. Do not have environment variable that i can modify using the process and get this values after by another process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Does not have simultaneous development mechanics, if the robot is too big and i want to break the development into parts i need to create some processes and then put them together.

The option of having a cloud environment would help a lot.

Use in decision making by business rules, with structured data, significantly reduced the response in the business and the focus on specific actions by employees.

Use the concept of VBO, group the logical blocks, it helps to maintain the homogeneous park.

The option to have environment variables and not be able to change them at runtime could be possible to edit at runtime.

Extraction of reports from various data sources, this helps me free up the analysts' time.

Simplified Automation Techniques also the usage of queue and centralized automation
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't listen to the customer pain and need more often. Important how automation can look easy that's where they always lag. Instead of that they focus on other products.

There are a lot of automation problems starting from finance PO creation to bank onboarding. It always benefits our customer
