Fast, versatile and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to develop processes in blue prism since you can drag and drop stages. Also there are lots of useful pre-built objects. And in case you need a new functionality, you can easily create one via code stage. Also, Error Handling is also flexible through the use of Recover and Resume Stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Objects and VBOs are not properly documented. And I cannot test the alert stage because there is a special licensing for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoice Upload Automation, Database Manipulation, Email Handling and SAP, Excel, Word and PDF automation. It's easy to develop since there are available VBO's and Blue Prism is ready to interact with the said environments.

What do you like best about the product?
BluePrism is a powerful tool that can transform mundane and manual tasks into automated, effective and efficient tasks. It gives businesses the power to create, build and innovate.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for my experience, I cannot identify any downsides as I am a Business Analyst which is not that technical in terms of using the tool. Though BluePrism should think of other ways to be ahead of its competitors such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere to be the leading RPA software in the market.
BluePrism can also be more aggressive not just with established business but also in the world of Academe so that they can penetrate the market way ahead than others by targeting students who can be trained to use the tool. In this way, even before graduates enter the world of employment, they already carry the knowledge of being able to use the tool and they can be advocates of BluePrism.

Blue prism make my life easier in making application
What do you like best about the product?
Blue prism is so powerful RPA tool in today generation it is very easy to use. I like best here is their security and there are so many VBO's to offer and create.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said in what do I like best that there are so many VBO's we can use however there are still lack of feature in blue prism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue prism help me a lot when I'm working with repetitive collecting of data and also when we need to compare two files.

You won't regret using blue prism, so if you're thinking whether to avail license or not don't think twice and avail it today.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism is very reliable, user-friendly since you can drag and drop the objects and doesn't require you to code to connect in other application, and robust because of .NET code within the process automation which means this tool can do whatever can be done using .NET.

1. Price - Blue Prism is more expensive compared to other RPA tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By automating all repetitive existing system or application that can be handled by bots, it minimizes the human action and focuses for most important works.

I highly recommended this RPA tool (Blueprism) , it requires less coding and definitely need a lot of logic and understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism allows for the implementation an entire automation workflow with almost no need to write code that uses the underlying .Net implementation, due to its powerful and flexible flowchart-based development system.
It also has one of the best automation implementations I have ever used, with the ability to define applications as a combination of general Windows/HTML elements, accessibility-based elements (UI Automation, Accessibility Automation), and a comprehensive surface-automation system, that allows for the definition of a single screenshot as a group of GUI elements, connected either by absolute screen coordinates, coordinates relative to a particular image in the screenshot, or an entire set of images within the screenshot, that are loosely connected with each other, position-wise.
This allows Blue Prism to effectively automate any GUI application to the point that it becomes fully unattended.

Its inability to directly integrate with version control systems other than its own.
(That being said, I was able to indirectly integrate Blue Prism with both Fossil and Git-based workflows, due to the ease of generating release files that contain the entire automation logic.)

Blue Prism has allowed for the easy automation of backend processes, with the ability to write common business logic in reusable libraries that are written in the same flowcharts used by the processes themselves.

Blue Prism's power is best shown in unattended automation, where the entire workflow involves at most minimal human intervention in the beginning and the end of the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism is easy to study/understand and make automation with. It also has good exception handling unlike other Robotic Process Automation products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to make your own VBOs using C# or VB which I'm not used to program with. Reusing components sometimes is an issue when transferring it across different machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly web automation, native windows application, report processing generation. It makes the automation process convenient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try other Robotic Process Automation products first for comparison and appreciation. For starting developers, take the foundation training or watch other tutorial videos.

can automate almost every process and easy to develop/re-code. it's multibot structure is very helpful and cost-friendly

need more resources to learn some of the advanced capabilities.

manual processes that may take days can be automated into minutes. there's more time to do other tasks/things. it's a new skill set for a developer.

Using Blue Prism helps you automate repetetive and mundane tasks. It also reduces the percent of errors done in doing the manual task through the automation
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets time to get used to it. I think there should be more tutorials about using the code stage portion of blue prism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my experience, manual tasks that may take up to 3-4 months can be finished within hours after 2-3 weeks of developing a the bot
