What is our primary use case?
I use Mindtickle as an onboarding tool for new positions that we fill at ASAP Tickets. When you are accepted and qualify to be part of ASAP Tickets, you are given a login to Mindtickle which teaches you everything about the company and everything about the position. It is a very structured lesson that is well-timed but also self-paced. For my team, I believe everybody that is part of ASAP Tickets and is working remotely has used Mindtickle as their onboarding platform to start their position.
What is most valuable?
The best features that Mindtickle offers in my experience are the fact that every lesson is timed. It is self-paced but generally timed so that progress can be viewed. All the features are valuable, and we have lessons that are really practical. It is not just online theory but full practical and theory at the same time. It is amazing and better than having classes on Zoom or Google Meet.
What stands out to me about the practical lessons in Mindtickle is the wonderful simulations. The simulations were wonderful, and I can now talk to clients with confidence because I practiced extensively on Mindtickle. The AI simulations behave like the customers that I am talking to. Sometimes they are harsh, and sometimes they are clueless, which gives a broad perspective of how real customers are going to be. It was very practical, and I really enjoyed using it.
Unlike Zoom or Google Meet, which is based solely on the instructor who has to be present and sharing the screen all the time, with Mindtickle it is different. I can take tests and exams, and we can have practical instructions or instructional lessons that do not even need an instructor to be there. The lessons are uploaded, and I have my attempts to complete them. It is amazing and self-paced, and I really enjoyed getting onboarded through it.
Mindtickle has positively impacted my organization by accelerating the onboarding speed. For us, the first stage of the onboarding was two weeks, and I had to complete a series of lessons within two weeks, which includes theory, practicals, and simulations. The timing and duration for it was amazing. I am kept reminded if I am not meeting the time, even though it is self-paced rather than scheduled. I have to find time to go online, do my onboarding by studying the course, and doing the practical things that I will be doing on the job as well.
What needs improvement?
I would like for lessons that include practical instances in Mindtickle to have more AI simulations. There was a part in my course about how customers talk to you rudely and how you should not answer them rudely. I learned that I should always try to understand them, use empathy, make sure that the clients are my priority, and that the fact that they are in a bad mood should not make me feel bad and talk badly either. If I give a client a call and the client is in a bad mood or bursts out because of some past experience with the company, I should not confront the client rudely. I should know how to talk with empathy, sympathize with the client, apologize to the client. I really learned a lot on how to talk to people in general. It has really improved my life both with my current position and my personal life as well.
Mindtickle is solid, but what I would like to be added is more AI simulations to the courses. Since we are not in a physical classroom, adding more AI simulations or any other simulation or any other practical form of lessons would really boost the learner's confidence. It will really help the learners as well. Apart from that, I think everything is all right.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Mindtickle is stable for me, and I cannot speak of any downtime or glitches.
How are customer service and support?
There are times that I forgot my password for Mindtickle because in my organization, the first stage of the onboarding requires using the username and password provided by Mindtickle. When I switched and got my company email, I had to start logging in with my company email, and that caused a bit of a glitch for me. I contacted Mindtickle for a reset, and it was swift and timely. It did not take time for me to get back on. It was amazing.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Before Mindtickle, it has always been Mindtickle, and I did not have any other option.
What other advice do I have?
The outcome is amazing because I can see my scores and know when to improve. I know which course I should retake to achieve the scores that I need, and there are more than one re-attempt available.
With the simulations in Mindtickle, I did not come from a sales background, but after using it and playing with the simulations and the AI simulations that were embedded in Mindtickle for ASAP Tickets or for how to talk to customers, it really helped me a lot. I did not have any sales experience and did not even have confidence in talking to other people, even my colleagues, which was very difficult for me. After playing with those simulations and asking questions, it has broadened my vocabularies and has really helped me in my current position. When I fall short, I go back to those lessons again to build up my confidence. It is really amazing.
The accuracy and reliability of Mindtickle's AI capabilities feel very realistic and helpful. The AI models were designed to fit every mood. Sometimes the AI is straightforward and happy to answer me. Sometimes they behave as regular customers who are difficult. So I have the experience with any form of clients that I will meet in the future in my role. The AI models were designed in the right way. There was one called a lady who was really strict, and when we later met in a Google meeting, most of my colleagues were complaining about that particular AI simulation because they also had a tough time with it. If I were able to go through that particular hard simulation that we all were complaining about, then I know that I am ready for this work because most of the customers are even more challenging than how the simulation was. It really prepared me for the real work.
Because of the lessons I had on Mindtickle, it has built my confidence in even public speaking as well through the lessons that were designed for me. There have been a lot of improvements in my performance. It has benefited me tremendously in my confidence in speaking and how to accept rejections. For some of the clients that I call, they try to reject, and if I was not trained to accept rejection, I would have reacted to it differently without those courses on Mindtickle. When I call a client and the client rejects the offer I am offering, it does not take a toll on me anymore, and it has transferred to my physical living where I do not treat rejections the way I used to treat them in the past.
People should go ahead and try Mindtickle because as a user, it has had a positive impact on me, and they would not regret choosing it. I give this review a rating of ten out of ten.
