Best monitoring tool which can be deployed and integrated with ease
What do you like best about the product?
Way it analyze and monitor the application, best for troubleshooting application/services/infrastructure
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on logging, some times agent updates fail and requires manual installation. During updates some services behave differently and lose previous matrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance issues, trouble shooting, server level monitoring, network monitoring, analyzing permanence tests

The apdex and insights on how to improve our applications

Very expensive compared to the competition

The problem detection has been very valuable in providing insights into issues
Best APM I have seen
What do you like best about the product?
Ther product finds things that have been dormat or undiscovered in our envirnment for year. Finding mainframe programming hacks that have existed for 20 years was an eye opener

Its complicated and on somethings not that flexible. There are cases where it's like to see more depth or flexability but it is not available

Resiliancy - keeping the evironment operating at peak efficiency and driving up user and client expectations

It was very easy to integrate Dynatrace into our systems.

The complexity of the product which is expected for products at this level.

We want a complete performance monitoring solution for our systems and Dynatrace delivers.
Easy to use, intuitive GUI, low learning curve and excellent metric driven dashboard.

The way we can organize our monitoring tools, and we got everything in one place

Its little over head for our application but it is worth the value we are getting out of this product.

User visits, and if the user having any performance issues, and also we can collect information about the user behaviour.

Dynatrace does a great job of making the install process really painless, yet still provides a large amount of useful metrics to provide visibility into application performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more supported plugins for different databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several of our applications do not provide enough verbosity in their logs, and Dynatrace does an excellent job of filling in the missing peices of the puzzle when an incident occurs.
A must have tool for any large enterprise

NA. As the software industry evolves, so do the needs.

I like the deep dive data collection and analysis it does with One Agent rather than multiple agents.

Mostly the application performance issue and end user difficulties in access applications.
It really benefited the multiple support teams to get the problem isolated rather than pointing fingers
