Grammarly is a great tool for customer-facing teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the in-window tools for quick insights and tone change recommendations to help craft writing to the audience
What do you dislike about the product?
None, in my mind! It's been so easy to use and has only improved our team's communication with customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is assisting me most with proofreading and improving sentence structure, especially when I write in streams of consciousness

I love getting suggestions for copy edits. Helpful grammar tips are always appreciated too!
What do you dislike about the product?
As always, sometimes AI isn't as discerning as human writers/editors. Also, at times a little glitchy when using Word online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes you need a second opinion when writing. Grammarly fulfills this role and is a helpful tool to writing in any capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the peace of mind it gives me. Knowing that both my tone, grammar, and spelling are constantly being reviewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is certain vocabulary that is niche to my job, grammarly will often times mark this as inccorect and continue with pop ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tone and grammar.
Super easy and useful!
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing writing did not come intuitive to me, so being able to set our brand standards and tones in Grammarly helps me write copy more effectively! It is super easy to add to your email, browser, Microsoft Word, and even your phone keyboard, so you are covered on every front! I use it every day at work and home. I even used it to write this review ;)
What do you dislike about the product?
There are genuinely not many downsides to using Grammarly. Sometimes it does suggest things that don't make sense but you can dismiss any changes you don't want to make.

Grammarly is keeping everyone in our organization in brand voice.

The suggestions for better writing quality - including tone, grammar, and conciseness

The free feature does not have settings that can be adjusted for Canadian spelling, which is available as a premium feature user. There are also some glitches, such as the suggested improvement not erasing the highlighted section and instead causing spelling mistakes to occur.

Spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes. Reviewing the text to be more concise or more unbiased.
The literal BEST app I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has single-handedly leveled up my communication skills. I use this app every single day, both at work AND personally. It integrated seamlessly with desktop and texting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features can be buggy. I struggle navigating the various tones.

Grammarly saves me time by navigating around writers block.

When I use it and I'm out of words it gives me the help I need to finish a sentence or to improve it
