What do you like best about the product?
What I really value about Grammarly is how it improves the quality of my communication at work without much effort. In my corporate role I regularly write emails, reports and client messages and the ease of use makes it very convenient to get instant suggestion while typing. The ease of implementation is smooth since it works across browsers and integrations into tools I already use. It offers a good number of features like grammar checks, tone suggestions, clarity improvements and plagiarism detection. Because writing is a daily task for me my frequency of use is very high. The ease of integration with email platforms and document tools makes it even more useful. Also whenever needed the help resources and customer support are quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I have noticed is that sometimes the suggestions can feel slightly repetitive or not perfectly aligned with the intended tone. Also some advanced writing insights are limited to the premium version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly solves the problem of making writing clear, professional and error free. In my corporate work I use it to ensure my emails and reports are well structured and easy to understand. This helps create a better impression with clients and improves overall communication within the team.

I use Grammarly for daily chats and documentation, and it helps me with correction in wording and grammar. I like the correction of tenses the most. It's overall good. The initial setup was super easy, just a normal install.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for checking grammar and refining my sentences. I really like how it polishes the language by suggesting better vocabulary. In my work, I have to write a lot of emails and paragraphs, and Grammarly helps me with grammar checks, so I don’t need a person to edit. The initial setup was also very easy for me.

It does not provide intuitive writing help. It is not intelligent to suggest things I could be missing.
