What do you like best about the product?

Grammar Check helps me write correctly and avoid mistakes, Spell Check catches spelling errors quickly, and Tone Check helps me sound natural and professional when writing messages or creating content.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s annoying that the suggestions sometimes sound unnatural or too generic, so I still have to edit them myself. Sentence rephrasing can also change what I actually mean, and the tone options don’t always match how I want to sound. I wish the suggestions felt more natural and understood the context better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me fix mistakes with grammar and spelling, and it saves me some time when I use it to rewrite messages, improve sentences, and create short pieces of content, even though I still have to edit the wording to make it sound natural and match what I want to say.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Grammar Check, Tone Check, and Sentence Formatting strengthen both clarity and professional impact. Grammar Check helps ensure correctness, reduces misunderstandings, and supports credibility, since even small errors can make emails, proposals, and presentations come across as unprofessional. Tone Check makes it easier to align the message with the audience and the situation, especially for partner communications, customer escalations, and executive updates where a professional, courteous, appropriate tone matters. Sentence Formatting boosts readability by organizing ideas more clearly, so emails and documents are easier to scan, understand, and act on.

What do you dislike about the product?

There’s nothing to dislike about it. It saves time and is a good value-for-money product.

Its suggestions significantly improved my final text by correcting grammar errors, enhancing clarity, and making the tone more professional and consistent. It also helped boost readability so my emails and documents were easier to scan, understand, and act on.

I like the grammar check, tone check, and spell check. It’s also fairly easy to use, meets my requirements, and the quality of support is good.

Sentence formatting, plagiarism check, and citation finder aren’t really useful for me.

Spell check gets annoying when it constantly flags industry jargon or proper names. The plagiarism checker is also slow and throws up a lot of false alarms on standard phrases and cited quotes

Sometimes the free version can be aggressive in selling the full version by sending frequent reminders to buy a premium version.

I use it to proofread and correct the grammar issues, typos, and spelling errors in student exams, text, case studies, and course materials design.

After trying several other options, Grammarly came out as the clear winner. Everything is where it's supposed to be, and it works like a charm. A second set of eyes on a text is crucial, and Grammarly does the job perfectly.

Certain suggestions don't make sense, but that's not a deal-breaker. The platform gets updated constantly so bad suggestions don't stick around too long.

It helps me detect and correct errors I encounter while writing. The plagiarism/AI checker is just as valuable, as it helps me avoid accidental plagiarism and AI patterns, ensuring all my content is 100% original.

It helps me catch typing errors every time I write. I use it all day, every day, and it consistently keeps my writing cleaner and more accurate. Its spelling and grammar suggestions significantly improve my final text, and the generative AI for drafting and rewriting reduced the effort needed to produce usable text greatly. It also made our team’s writing much more consistent.

When the AI makes a mistake, it is only moderately easy to catch and correct. I am only moderately confident about how my data is handled and the controls over what data the AI can access, and it is only moderately clear why the AI produced a specific result or when I am interacting with AI vs. rules-based logic.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

My writing stays cleaner and more accurate, with significantly better spelling and grammar. It greatly reduces the effort it takes to produce usable text, and our team’s writing became much more consistent.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that I can build in the words, phrases, names, product terminology, and other language my team uses all the time, so Grammarly understands what’s intentional instead of constantly trying to “correct” it. As a voice teacher, that’s a big deal since I use specific terminology and sometimes even non-English symbols. Being able to create a database that I can easily share with my students has been really helpful. I also appreciate the single sign-on option since my students often forget passwords and accounts, and this makes it much easier to centralize everything. The punctuation and capitalization checks have always been helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the AI makes the speech sound very robotic, and some of the generative AI is very robotic and not helpful at all. I find myself editing a lot of what the AI offers. I also don’t really use any of the reporting-related features.

It helped make my vocabulary much more consistent in the documents I create for my students. It’s also been helpful for spell check, writing review, and plagiarism checks, and I consistently get value from the punctuation and capitalization suggestions.

Sometimes the suggested wording can sound too formal or different from my usual tone, so I still review and adjust the message before sending it.

The suggestion is generic, and it doesn't match the tone I need. It changes my wording that I intentionally chose, so I have to edit the changes back. There are certain languages that are not in the system, and it also doesn't auto-save certain phrases and works.
