What do you like best about the product?

Grammarly AI has been very helpful in my daily work, especially when writing emails and text messages. It helps me improve grammar, make my messages sound more professional, and save time when communicating with agents and team members. Its suggestions make my final text clearer, more polished, and more professional while keeping my original message and meaning, and it’s especially helpful with grammar, sentence structure, and adjusting the tone for work-related communication. It also helps me quickly rewrite, organize, and polish drafts when I know what I want to say but need help making it sound clear and professional.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the suggested wording can sound too formal or different from my usual tone, so I still review and adjust the message before sending it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s made writing faster and more efficient and saves me time. It reduced the effort needed to produce usable text by helping me rewrite, organize, and polish drafts, and it helped make our team’s writing more consistent by keeping the tone professional, clear, and polished (with some adjustments for our specific style and terminology).

The suggestion is generic, and it doesn't match the tone I need. It changes my wording that I intentionally chose, so I have to edit the changes back. There are certain languages that are not in the system, and it also doesn't auto-save certain phrases and works.

It significantly improves correctness and allows for clarity in my writing.

I like Grammarly for grammar check, spell check, and sentence formatting. It was easy to use and easy to set up, and it met my requirements. Its suggestions significantly improved my final text.

Tone check, plagiarism check, and the style editor didn’t work well for me. It also made no difference for keeping a consistent team brand voice.

Its suggestions significantly improved my final text, and the generative AI reduced the effort needed to produce usable text greatly.

I like that Grammarly is easy to use and I can connect it to my mobile. I just have to switch keyboards to see the errors without needing to open another app.

Sometimes I feel that Grammarly is very limited. I don't use the paid version, but the free features feel scarce. I wish that after making a mistake, the app would explain the correction to better understand my errors.

The suggestions for improving clarity and tone are great for making my emails and official communications sound more professional and natural. Plus, the setup was really easy for me and my team, and it integrates well with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Gmail, and web browsers. It's made our document review process easier and more consistent. I would give it a 9 out of 10 and definitely recommend it, especially for those preparing professional documents.

One area that could be improved is the accuracy of context-based suggestions. Sometimes Grammarly suggests changes to sentences that are already appropriate for formal or administrative communication. It can also provide too many suggestions, which can be distracting when I am working on lengthy notices, reports, or official letters. I would prefer more context-aware suggestions and better control over which types of corrections are shown. It would be helpful if it could better recognize terms commonly used in educational institutions, universities, and official correspondence without unnecessarily suggesting changes. I would also like more customization options to create a personal or organizational writing style. Better context awareness, fewer unnecessary suggestions, and more accurate tone recommendations would make Grammarly even more useful for my daily work.
