What do you like best about the product?

When you type a message, letter, or form, it underlines misspelled words and grammatical errors in red. It also has a refine button that gives suggestions for rewording your text.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't come across anything yet that I dislike.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps my employees who struggle with grammar and spelling.

What do you like best about the product?

The AI writing assistant considers grammar and grammar economy, but also tone and style which is essential for copywriting. It also understands copy formulas better than other AI assistants.

What do you dislike about the product?

It could improve the ability to find and add new information. I usually use other platforms like Claude to do the research and grammarly to write and make edits or find missing points in my pitches.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some of my documents can get wordy with technical specs, market analysis, and positioning and Grammarly helps simplify complex ideas without losing technical accuracy. This helps me to save significant time on editing and rewriting.

What do you like best about the product?

For a company creating more than 200 pieces of social content each month and growing, having Grammarly serve as an additional internal reviewer has been vital in catching any issues before anything goes live.

We haven't had any issues with Grammarly.

It's a time saver, knowing we have an additional resource for internal reviews before social media content goes live.

I like that Grammarly is very easy to use, making it convenient for my professional writing. It helps me communicate more clearly.

Sometimes having the Grammarly feature on my computer can be a bit annoying, especially when I'm using Notion. It's very hard to work with.

I like how it provides options to rephrase content. For example, ESL, optimistic, diplomatic tones.

Sometimes the Grammarly assistance pop-up icon obstructs what I am trying to read on the screen. It is not a big issue, as I simply drag it to another location on the screen.

Grammarly is a game-changer! It not only corrects my writing but also teaches me to express my thoughts more concisely and effectively. It's like having a writing coach by my side, helping me elevate my skills to the next level!

The pop-up can be very intrusive and a bit obnoxious.

It catches mistakes easily and provides fast rewording for some sentences.

Grammarly has great applicability and nice suggestions

Sometimes it suggests too much for Korean. As a native Korean, I do not feel its suggestions for spacing quite persuative or necessary.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I do not want to get unwanted editing suggestions from general generative AIs. Grammarly's position to check grammars is just enough

What do you like best about the product?

I like making sure my writing is cogent and grammatically correct - this tool helps me do all of the above. It's also very responsive, and I appreciate that.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the suggestions are not quite in line with what the writing is about, so that's to be expected. Other than that, I am very happy with it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As far as problem-solving goes, I get more cogent alternatives and better copy flow, which is very beneficial when you're on quick turnarounds for jobs. (In fact, Grammarly helped me with this answer!)
