A really helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is easy to use and automatically checks my grammar. It's a seamless experience and catches other errors, like plurality or verb tense, that might go unnoticed. I use it daily for emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the word suggestions helpful when I'm using an overly-used term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have enough time or patience to reread all my emails and check them.
Grammarly always has my back
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it recommends where and how to simplify wording. I tend to ramble when I write and grammarly makes it so easy for me to make my writing clear and concise. I use grammarly basically every day - it's my little sidekick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the recommendations for "fixing the tone." Sometimes I want my writing to be a little spicey, or come across a bit negatively because it helps me prove my point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me make sure that my tone is right, my content is error-free, and the content I publish doesn't contain any plagiarism.

Its easier to utilize the autocorrect that is already installed.

Helpful for Writing Work Emails
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use it across web browsers and software. The tone suggestions and AI assistant have significantly cut down my time spent writing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the suggestions aren't helpful. It can misread and mess up my writing on the rare occasion.

How long it takes to write emails and proofread my professional writing. I spend less time re-reading my work and more time writing

Grammarly has helped improve my writing to be in a more professional tone while removing any grammatical mistakes.

The indicator for suggestions can be in the way of the tools or webpage behind it and isn't easily movable

Grammarly helps change up responses to customers so they don't feel like they're continually getting the same response and corrects minor grammar and style mistakes.
Best grammar software ever, much better than chatgpt
What do you like best about the product?
This us much more accurate than things like chatgpt. It has significantly helped me with writing academically and with emails. Suggestions, tone selection and ... are great

It could provide more accuracy for paid accounts

I email / message a lot with my colleagues or outside the organization - I need my text to be correct & professional, and Grammarly helps me with that a lot!

Sometimes the text Grammarly suggests is not correct within the context.
