Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Grammarly is that it can try to read the tone of your writing which helps a lot in the customer service field. I also like that it doesn't just fix typos, it suggests better sentence layouts to make words flow easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is pretty great, but the one thing that bugs me is the little icon (widget?) thing that appears next to a text box when I'm typing and using Grammarly. The little icon cannot be moved and it's always in a very annoying spot that covers part of my text or the suggestion box opens on its own and blocks out my text. I have to hit [enter] quite a few times just to be able to see everything and proof read myself because the icon is always blocking words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire team uses Grammarly and it helps a lot as we're a remote customer service team that primarily works in emails and live chats. It fixes typos for us as well as sentence structure and allows me to continue moving quickly without having to pause and correct my own mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me compose well rounded emails and papers when working in the office. Also helps filter my thoughts

It doesn't go with me everywhere and help with all I do.

Helping write emails and checking documents for me is a key.
Invaluable tool for every company that writes (so ... every company)

Super seamless integration into our existing workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the cursor/placement of suggestions shifts around on the page, although this is hard for them to address so I don't blame them – I wouldn't want to be the engineers working on that side of things :)

Reducing typos, speeding up

It provides great grammar feedback as you type. It really improves the feeling to my sentences.

It lags or becomes very slow when used on a big Word document.

As a non-english speaker, it really helps me to strcuture my sentences and improve my grammar.
Easy way to ensure spelling and grammar is correct
What do you like best about the product?
The plugin is great and helps catch any mistakes. The app is also really useful when working on larger documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions aren't necessary, but they can be easily dismissed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solvving the problem of making mistakes when typing online. It makes my communication more professional and even teaches me new things about spelling and grammar.
Grammarly makes editing and writing easier
What do you like best about the product?
I think Grammarly is great at looking for grammar and spelling mistakes. It also has useful AI for basic email or messaging prompts. I use it all the time, especially to double-check emails I'm sending or writing memos, grants, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's AI is a little too over the top, but it is learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping ease of writing memos, grants and reports for my job. It makes it easier because it saves me time on proofreading and can help me by thinking of prompts for my papers.
My grammar has been elevated!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps take a common sentence and make it sound better, whether you need it to be more confident, to the point, assertive, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some desktop applications, the Grammarly icon gets in the way, and it's almost impossible to move it out of the way. I notice this sometimes in Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's expanding my sentence structure, so that all sentences/emails don't sound the same. It gets rid of too many commas, catches spelling mistakes, etc.
Grammarly has been amazing and I would recommend it to all my colleagues

When I am in a rush, it really helps me to make sure I am not making mistakes when messaging clients

To be honest, I haven't had any issues or complaints

Grammarly is exceptional when writing, especially in business environments. I use it daily and couldn't live without it.

Does not support Portuguese, which is my primary language

the g widget thing is an absolute pain, it's always in the way, no matter where I put it (limited locations that I can pin it)
