It really does help!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly. When you are constantly writing posts and emails all day, it's nice to back to back up. When I feel like my brain is not working some days, Grammarly comes in to save the day! I never have to worry about my communication anymore! I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have to pay for the best version of Grammarly and I would say that is the only downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me catch all my big mistakes before I send our information out to our members! Grammarly ensures I get the most efficient communication out.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is easy to use - it's there when I need it, or I can just close it when I don't. I like that it corrects the words in the corrector, and the edits are automatically transferred to the document. I like that it emails me to tell me I did a good job at the end of the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I've closed the program but not logged off/restarted, I have to go reopen it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's correcting typos, and suggesting sentence structures that are clearer, less wordy and/or 'smarter-sounding'.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes me feel more confident about my messages, emails, and projects that I need to write. With it, I can focus more on the content of what I am putting and less on the spelling part of it. That is why I always recommend it to anyone who needs to send a lot of e-mails, especially if you work with a second language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the app's correction may change your sentence's meaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly got me to speed up my e-mail writing and made me reply faster to my demands.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a new Grammarly user and find it so very helpful! It is easy to use and you don't need much of a learning curve. Only criticism is some of the pop-ups get in my way typing my emails - not a huge complaint!

I tend to use TOOOO many words; Grammarly makes my statements so much more concise and therefore, understandable.

I get too many notifications through my email

I don't have to spend nearly as many hours proofreading and editing my writing

The ease of access for tone changes and many punctuation, spelling, and tone features. Being able to rephase sentences is extremely helpful.

The only occasional issue I have regarding Grammarly is the placement of the icon/assistant. Occasionally, it will be placed over the send or "complete" button for forms.

Providing tone adjustments and insights into rephasing sentences to become more concise and direct.
Makes working collaboratively and efficiently very helpful!

The customized style guide. We use non-English words a lot, and there is no one way to transliterate. Grammarly helps all of our staff use the same spellings across the board.

Sometimes it pops up for small fields and blocks what I need to see, but I can just turn it off temporarily.

Grammarly is useful in catching spelling and grammar mistakes. I also like that they offer suggestions on tone and clarity to help avoid using repetitive words.

Sometimes Garmmarly does not pop up right away when using Microsoft Word files through Microsoft Teams.

I typically have to proof several pages of technical information, so it is useful with grammar checks and helping ensure sentences are clear to the reader.
