Grammarly is key for success in business
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me confidently craft emails to partners and members. I'm not worried about crafting language that is grammatically, mechanically, and linguistically sound anymore. Using it is simple: any issues in my writing are underlined according to what it needs, and a hover over the line brings up a pop-up telling me how to improve it. I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't load, and occasionally it gives faulty advice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even though I taught high school English, I still mess up. Grammarly helps build confidence in my writing.

It helps me type more diplomatically. It can soften our sentences.

Sometimes, it doesn't work, and that is frustrating.

I can be a straight to the point talker, but this helps my sentences come out soften.

Grammer and Spelling
My written communications are better, because of Grammarly!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it very easy to improve the content of my written communications. The integration with Outlook, word, web forms, etc. puts Grammarly's "advice" right at my fingertips! I'm continually learning based on Grammarly's suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides! It couldn't be any easier to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps improve the quality of my communications, making them more professional and they more clearly communicate the intended message.

Introduction of AI assistive tools to supplement and correct writing.

Corrections are not always grammatically correct.

The admin portal is easy to use and the data collection for all users is displayed well.

Sometimes the app can get in the way of other applications

Grammarly makes my writing excel!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps catch spelling and grammar errors that my normal spellcheck does not. I also love the purple line items where it rewords things to sound more professional for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load for me, and it rarely works when I am on a spreadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me review documents that get seen by multiple people. It is great for making sure the document is in tip-top shape before publishing or sharing with a client.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Since installing Grammarly on my computer, I have felt more confident in my writing across any platform or format. I find the Grammarly assistant easy to use and easy to dismiss as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pop-up can get in the way of areas of view on the screen, but this can be worked around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly has helped me with sentence structure and rewording of sentences, as well as simple spell-check and proofreading.
Amazing Tool for Communication Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me craft more confident, professional emails and communication via Google Suites (e.g., Google Docs) for my school community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any at this time that I do not dislike!

Professional quality communications.
It has helped me become a better writer and become more aware of minor mistakes.

It is very fast in reviewing mistakes or incorrect sentences, punctuation, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will ask you to include a word or phrase it does not recognize in the program. I usually by pass it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my sentences more concise and easy to read. It helps me remove unnecessary verbiage along with correcting my spelling.
