Incredible Time Saver / Preserves Professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
As a business owner of a company specializing in hospitality communication, we must have all our employees writing clear, concise, informative, and friendly messages. Grammarly helps us to do that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Too EXPENSIVE. This is a huge part of my software cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. professional, understandable, correct writing 2. time - it takes less time to create
Life changing - in a good way!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it has a chrome extension and is everywhere where I need it. The suggestions are helpful and over time it learns your style, but also does a good job of teaching you so that you continue to be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where there are bugs and it will re-write a sentence multiple times and change the context or meaning of the sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a C-Level member, making sure my written communication is clear and consistent allows me to represent in the best way.

Practical and easy-to-use tool
What do you like best about the product?
Their extension in Google allows to use it so quickly including the constant review of all the words I am writing
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to try 2 or 3 times until I get the best suggestion for texts

I am a Spanish native speaker so Grammarly helps me a lot when I am writing checking all my mistakes and also making my messages being more clear.
Grammarly (Usually) Saves the Day!
What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammary's ease of use and accessibility--having it come with me across different sites, apps, and tools makes it super convenient to have consistently accurate written communication. I would say I use it more often than I don't use it. If I do turn it off for a session, that's usually because of the uniqueness of the writing or it's just getting in the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly suggestions go wonky when using Outlook (probably a NEW Outlook issue). I also don't always agree with Grammarly's suggestions, and I'm happy to simply "ignore" as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so much easier to use Grammarly to correct my writing as I go, rather than doing a "spell & grammar check" at the end of periodically. It's also filling the gap of really good grammar suggestions that most spell check features don't offer.

The time saved in reviewing grammar in a document,

Sometimes grammarly doesn't take into account context, or give option for formal or informal communications,

The time spent when sending emails and team communications. It's really good, but the premium version needs some work.
Helpful and Efficient

I love the ease of use as well as the ease of the integration!

There are times when the little icon gets in the way, but it is not a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I move QUICKLY and this allows for easy mistakes. I love that Grammarly is right there to assist and ensure my work is complete.

I don't like that the suggestion box will pop up in the middle of the screen or in places where I will need to click,

Punctuation, spell check, rephrasing. It helps me in my day to day at work.
Easy to install and use
What do you like best about the product?
Giving me alternatives to my writing, which makes the end result just sound proper and professional

The little icon that gets in the way at the most inconvenient times.

Keeping my correspondence and documents grammatically correct as well as the effect of passively training me to be a better writer.
