Great Tool for everyday use at work
What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic suggestions while I'm writing emails and messages, in any platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it suggest changes and keeps changing it until the message has not the same sense anymore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the lack of clarity in my writing sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
It catches mistakes that I didn't even know I made
What do you dislike about the product?
I work a lot with templates so sometimes Grammarly will say a certain sentence or phrase is fine one day and the next day it's wrong. It also always wants to hyphenate things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typos and correct sentence structure.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the intention Grammarly has brought to my writing. I now write much more intentionally, avoiding common mistakes (passive voice is a big one for me!), and using more concise, clear sentence structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like to write how I speak, and feel that most of the time it gives my writing a better flow. Grammarly will often suggest I use commas where I don't feel like I want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving sentence structure, the order of words, and diction.

I don't like how many commas Grammarly suggests.

Sometimes, my emails to clients can be a bit wordy. Grammarly really helps me see where I can be more concise in my writing.

Great user interface, and helps with grammar and spelling throughout your daily life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Canadian grammar suggestions are incorrect, as we don't follow all US grammar rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps keep our strategic notes concise and professional.
Great user-friendly software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can incorporate Brand Standards into Grammarly, so words that are specific to my company can be utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Grammarly icon pops up in a big "G" in my Microsoft Teams and it is difficult to move it out of the way to click on buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to capitalize words that my company utilizes, but that might not be capitalized in day-to-day writing. It allows me to be consistent across brand standards.
Grammarly Makes My Communications More Professional
What do you like best about the product?
I am a speed typer who thinks 1 million miles per minute, so I love that Grammarly catches all of my (inevitable) typos while I'm typing like the wind.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few pop-ups that can get in your way every once in a while, but you can drag and drop them out of the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly corrects my grammar and suggests different ways to phrase what I want to say to make it more personable or more professional.
Very effective for communication

I love how easy it is to use, how quickly it works, and how it works with all of my applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it it worked inside of Connectwise.

Effective communication, and clarity of communication

It provides some neat tips about how my writing could be phrased, and autocorrects all the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to overcorrect and offer too many suggestions, making it feel impossible to ever finish editing.

Grammarly helps me write better.
Very easy to use and absolutely improves your game.

I've been using Grammarly for about five years, and it does such a wonderful job of catching things in any of your writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish it worked everywhere. I can't get it to work in the Adobe Creative Suite, and there are a number of websites that either block it or the software just doesn't work. I find that when I'm not using Grammarly, that's when I really mess things up. I just wish I could use it all the time everywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly's core function of checking grammar, syntax, and sentence structure is wonderful. It has made my writing much more accurate as a communications and marketing professional. The only times I tend to make mistakes these days and have errors is when I am not using Grammarly. I almost depend on it too much.
