Using Grammarly for Academic Setting
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Grammarly best when using the plugin to write e-mails, where it can catch spelling and grammatical errors. I also have it on my phone, but it doesn't work as well on mobile as it does on desktop computer. I do like the pragmatic tone, though I don't always accept the suggested changes. I do pay the yearly fee, which I think is reasonable given how many devices I use it on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like using Grammarly on my phone. I find it difficult to highlight errors (it only makes suggestions when I tap on the specific text). At times, I find the suggested changes grammatically awkward or not what I wanted to convey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Grammarly for writing e-mails or professional documents like academic essays and manuscripts.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides help and makes my grammar and sentences cohesive and professional. I also love the new AI function, which reworks my sentences directly as I'm typing or editing. Ease to download the desktop app and integrate the plug-in directly on a webpage or even Google Docs! I use it every day to correct my sentences and grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the popups can be annoying and in the way when I am writing content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me rephrase emails and content to have a certain tone of voice. This is especially important as a marketer and content writer.
Great Tool for Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly allows you to customize the audience and tone goals that you're trying to achieve in your written communications. This is great for those who may struggle with tone in written communications. I've used grammarly for years and my writing has improved so much so that when I check it the results are of little to no changes. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses and this tool is a great tool at a decent cost for employers to invest in for their staff that result in longterm changes for the employee. I highly recommended it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggested changes aren't necessary or the system seems to have a bug with some suggestions and even the punctuation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with written communications tone coming off in a way I don't want it to. The awareness of tone is a great benefit of the platform.
Makes Writing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly business makes writing business emails so incredibly easy. It is easy to implement and integrates seamlessly between apps - adding the chrome extension is easy. No need for spell check, as Grammarly not only corrects spelling but helps make your writing concise and even assists in setting or changing tone. You can also save words to your dictionary that are particular to your business. I have not needed to use customer support, which I believe speaks to the product's ease of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! This is such a helpful tool that I use hourly to make my life easier.

Grammarly helps not only with communication between peers but assists our CX team in communicating clearly with our customers.

The widget for browser sometimes turns off on its own.

What do you like best about the product?
I would like give some instances such as Instant auto correction, statement rephrase. It is very easy to setup the grammerly. it helps me to write email in a profound manner. I can use grammarly on different pages as well as on other tools. I use grammarly on daily bases.

It takes lot of time to analize to give the suggestion, and output. some time it stops wokring.

Grammarly is an amazing platform. It has allowed me to be creative, use snippets, and vocabulary.

Honestly, everything is great about Grammarly. Sometimes the sentence structure doesn't give you the best word choice. I use it frequently. It also allows for best customer support and a large number of features. It is easy to integrate and easy to use, implementation.

Some times it too takes time;however, this can be resolved and improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how analytical Grammarly is. They have helped me notice things about my writing that help me find my voice. I also like how non-invasive the overall experience is
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I've never hada a problem with Grammarly's features.

The spell checker is always nice and I especially appreciate the feature that tells me my writing tone. I communicate often with internal employees and clients, so how I come across is really important to me.
