Grammarly business proofreads and makes professional suggestions based on the type of email I am sending.

I think that it is user friendly most of all. I like the customer support as needed as well. It uses easy language for everyone to use so that no matter who you are, it should be easy for you to use it. It helps you think and sound better on an off day.

I don't have anything that I can thin about that I dislike about it.

Essential tool that suggests phrases, grammar and punctuations for professional communications.

Occasionally I receive emails stating that I am logged out or haven't used the program.

I use it for suggestions of phrases, grammar and punctuation for internal and external emails.
GrammarlyGo is a must!
What do you like best about the product?
GrammarlyGo helps me write with more confidence and accuracy. It highlights spelling and grammar errors, suggesting corrections that I might have missed otherwise. This not only improves the quality of my writing but also boosts my self-assurance. Also, I absolutely love GrammarlyGo. The generative AI is a must on my day-to-day as it saves tons of my time by refining my texts to sound more fluent and comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still room for improvement regarding integration with some tools. Sometimes, Grammarly fails to work on Slack and Google Docs, for example.

When reviewing customer-facing materials, I can quickly identify typos, inconsistencies, and grammar issues. The generative AI feature also helps me to clarify text.

Sometimes I was prompt as the sentences written in passive voice but there are no concrete examples as to how to change the sentences

It makes writing more professional - removing grammatical errors and improving my syntax. The message becomes more engaging and effective.

As usual, the cost. They should understand they are a global business, and what is cheap for Americans and Western Europeans, is quite dear for most Africans. They should be willing to explore the development of a different tier for developing countries, like other global companies like Netflix.

Grammarly has been great. From grammar correction to sentence formation, it has helped me a lot.

The most helpful part, in addition to the grammar correction, is the help we get in sentence formation and delivery. It also tells us how engaging our content is, which is another great help.

Sometimes it points out things that aren't really mistakes if we consider the context.

It corrects any grammatical errors that could be present in the content that we write. It also helps by suggesting whether the delivery is correct and the text is engaging enough for the audience.
