Really good tool for non-native English speakers
What do you like best about the product?
It help you communicate confidently, being sure no grammar/spelling problem is there in your text. I use it frequently several times every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
in some small text boxes, the big icons are not helpful or event bothering as they cover the text

To correct phrasing/grammar.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful for writing in active voice and direct with suggestions automatically coming to help in writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't suggest sentence in active voice, though highlight that person has written in passive voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps write correct grammar for business purposes, letters, proposals and reports.

The suggestions and ease of use of Grammarly is unmatchable with other applications

I use Grammarly whenever I need to proofread my content. I would prfer it to give me more suggestions. When I use the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps is making my content better and gives me clarity to write my content. When I'm stuck, it also give me suggestions.
Good for business communication, yet to improve for essay writings
What do you like best about the product?
The instant suggestions grammarly provides are very helpful, especially on the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
In longer essays or academic writings, it provides a limited number of options in rephrasing. Also, several times I have encountered the problem that instead of replacing of the words, it will only make an addition without removing the incorrect word. I am not sure if this is happening due to hardware demands or programming bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a native speaker of English but I am above average in comprehension and writing. I have learned a lot about business communication in its minute details through grammarly.

From time to time, it makes a mistake so I need to double check.

What do you like best about the product?
Lets me connect with business partners without worries on my responses

In some instances, the extension seem to not launch automatically but this is very rare but I still dislike going through the process of launching it again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business saves me from non business etiquette words. Specially the AI writing gives a human touch rather than of it being obvious AI.

What do you like best about the product?
Quite helpful in sentence construction and grammar error checks. I would have submitted an e-mail or document without noticing some of embarrassing paragraphs if not for Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of its word suggestions/sentence reconstructions need to be worked on. I feel the AI that powers Grammarly needs to be tweaked some more to be in tune with our everyday English usage. But in all, the application is quite helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The proofreading issue is resolved. This helps to prevent avoidable errors in emails and documents before they are sent out.

When we start writing big documents we tend to miss out checking the typos and grammar. Grammarly helps me fill those gaps.
