What do you like best about the product?
Helps write precise messages and recommends proper speech

nothing so far is to my disliking with grammarly

What do you like best about the product?
I handle all customer support for an e-commerce start-up, and I use Grammarly every day.
It's the easiest thing I have ever integrated into my daily routine!
I appreciate that it offers suggestions for reformating your sentences.
I also like that it catches spelling errors.
I frequently transpose letters or fat-finger an extra letter by mistake. I love that Grammarly allows you to correct these mistakes with a quick click rather than having to backspace or delete things and start over!

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many.
The only one I can think of is that it needs a little refinement on some of the suggestions for changing sentence structure.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am interacting with customers all day, it benefits the business by making sure that I'm not misspelling words or using poor sentence structure. So it prevents me from embarrassing the company I work for.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful and beneficial about Grammarly Business is that I am able to collect customer reviews about our products. And, as Grammarly vets each review, I know that I am reviewing content that has been approved and vetted, so I can make decisions with confidence.

What I find to be the least helpful about Grammarly business is that I sometimes find it challenging to connect with potential customers as well as engage current customers.

Grammarly Business helps us to easily collect customer reviews, as well as identify potential software that we would like to invest in as part of our work processes.
Keeps My Messages and Documents Succinct
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Grammarly Business keeps my messages succinct and balanced. I have a tendency to ramble as I craft my messages and documents. Grammarly Business provides more succinct messaging to help me refine my language in a way that is easily understood by the recipient or the audience for the document.
I also like that I can determine the tone of my message. I like my messages to be optimistic and encouraging. I can always assess the tone of my message through the add-on.

What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with how often the "bubble" for my messaging may interfere with typing in a certain section. The program works "behind the scenes" to determine my language usage. It can be annoying to wait for that little piece to move to another section of the document. Clicking on it will give me details about what I am typing or issues my writing contains. I may not be ready for that. I wish there were a way to move that away from the section to avoid interrupting my thought process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly proofreads my messages and corrects mistakes. I also use Grammarly to provide feedback on documents that come to me for review. I often am one of the last persons to review a message before it is sent out to our membership. I write and proofread core documents for our membership. Grammarly provides "extra eyes" on the documents and catches issues that I may have otherwise overlooked.

So far, grammarly business has been so amazing with distinct feature, expecially A.I features. I am super excited.

I love how this helps me stay efficient at work! It catches things that I automatically correct in my head. Very handy and great to have!

Sometimes it can make suggestions that are a bit automated and "unfriendly" sounding, but they are just suggestions so its easy to ignore :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I deal a lot with internal and external communications at work. This extension is a great help in keeping that communication clean, concise and professional while also saving me time throughout the day.

I like that it helps me improve my writing to make texts clearer and with better quality, making me sound more professional. It's also an effortless grammar tool that saves time on editing and proofreading. I also like the style guide feature that supports my writing for work and performance reports.

I have some concerns about potential privacy issues, mostly with sensitive business documents. Also, the overreliance on suggestions can stifle originality in writing or in some cases, the change suggestions are not very accurate with the idea.

It helps improve communication and tackles issues related to poor grammar, spelling errors, and unclear messaging in any communication. This, in turn, improves professionalism and clarity in their written materials.

Sometimes, their suggestions may change the tone intended, but overall, they are pretty accurate in helping express the sentiment in the best way possible.

English is not my first language, and therefore, communicating sometimes can be challenging.
One example is when punctuation is missed; this can change the meaning of a sentence altogether.
