Instrumental in development of confident writing
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process was easy. Grammarly seamlessly connects to all platforms across the board. So, my writing remains consistent, from emails to web searches to technical content. I use it almost daily in my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not mastered tone in Grammarly. It will often suggest more passive and indirect statements in instances where I am attempting to be firm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to improve my technical writing and for proofreading. I am not a strong speller; Grammarly fixes that.
Perspective From An Active Grammarly User and a Content Writer
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly delivers what it says in its name. I can rely on Grammarly for its accuracy in terms of grammar. I also like how it helps tighten the content by suggesting ways to compress sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel one improvement that Grammarly still requires is to provide more relevant suggestions. I can't remember how many times I delete the suggestion 'Passive voice' from the grammarly pane. While passive voice should be avoided while writing content, it does help in a lot of cases while writing different forms of content, like blogs. With advent of AI tools, Grammarly must upgrade its suggestions to make it more relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is my go-top option for proofreading any type of content I create - from blogs, social media copies to articles. It helps me save time by providing accurate gramamtical improvements as well as ease-of-reading suggestions. I usually bring Grammarly into the picture once I'm done writing my content. It helps me with finishing touches through suggestions.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a digital specialist so I send emails a lot and as well as creating reports. English is not my first language which means I do have a lot of problems with my sentences. With Grammarly's help I usually can fix my sentences or the words I wrote wrong easily with only a click. Easy to use, easy to reach and most of the times really precise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside that has been to me is that sometimes it wants to correct something that I meant to say or if I am trying to enhance a sentence it makes the sentence lose the meaning I wanted it to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I already noted, Grammarly Business helps me to check and easily fix my mistakes in my emails, daily messaging with co workers and my reports. I use Grammarly also to enhance my sentences or sometimes when I am trying to find a word and I can't think of it Grammarly will help me to find that word easily with the meaning of the sentence that I have.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used the AI Writing Assistant to improve sentence structure, word choice, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The suggestion notifications get in my way sometimes—I wish there was an easier way to manage that process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to ensure all copy and content are proficient, and Grammarly Business provides an extra layer of review.
It makes me a better writer.

I like the fact I can make rules and shortcuts, and I like that I can tailor my writing to the correct audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be more style options. I write a lot of "legalise-type" letters, and sometimes Grammarly doesn't give me the options I need, and I have to Google different sites for assistance.

I have had Grammarly installed in all of my coworkers' computers and it has really made my boss's life easier when it comes to reading everyone's reports.
Accurate, smart and saving time
What do you like best about the product?
The ai feature provides great assistance. It save us lots of time and help us to write professional message.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I can use the ai feature on iOS and iPad.

It saves a lot of time. When I put the idea in a few sentences, ai helps to generate a very proper email.

I enjoy how it provides the tone and tenor of my message and provides alternatives. My next favorite feature is how it shortens my messages to have less fluff.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team has implemented internal brand guidelines and it has cross over to generic words. Example: it tries to correct am to a.m. when I am not referring to a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't spend time proofreading and thinking through my messages, especially in slack. Grammarly significantly helps me send straight forward communications with less spelling errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has not only given me an error-free write-up while writing any email, report, or speech. Still, it improves my writing skills occasionally, which has also helped my job delivery and turnaround delivery time beacuse I use Grammarly so frequent in all my written communication.

One thing i dislike it is the auto correction of certain words in a sentence that actually suit the narrative of sentence but sounds incorrect

Grammarly has helped me use the right words in a sentence by proofreading each sentence and reducing my plagiarism after using the plagiarism checker to help produce an original sentence of my own.
Has become invaluable
What do you like best about the product?
We can have our own specific brand and communications standards in place to guide all who write content for our company. It's fantastic and has even helped me write better and with a consistent voice and tone. Integration was so easy because we already had a style guide in place.

We have invested in all aspects of Grammarly and have no negatives that we have found.
