What do you like best about the product?
I can support my users easily in my organisation with the remote tools provided by Ninja.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deployment options of ninja sometimes make it hard with duplicate devices.

The new Dark Mode is a welcome addition to the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting of software installed across the entire environment can be hit or miss. If multiple versions of a piece of software are present, you're not able to get all of them into one list easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us to keep our endpoints (servers and clients) patched with both OS updates as well as 3rd party software. This is allowing us to stay ahead of the vulnerability scans as much as possible.
NinjaOne's script deployment is really useful
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's script deployment is really useful, we use Intune through Microsoft and find it annoying when trying to get feedback from scripts whereas Ninja is instant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to deploy Python scripts to linux would be helpful for our Microsoft Defender deployments

Deploying our security scripts to maintain device compliance.

NinjaOne's suite of features and solutions enables our organisation to fully manage devices and maintain security easily.

Some settings could be easier to find such as setting up policies and then putting them in an organisation.

The monitoring and management features of Ninja allow us to easily maintain our Device estate.

It would be nice to be able to see a summary of software separated from the driver installs on a device.

Ninja's remote CLI and Script Repo makes it really easy to administer settings and software remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for scripting like Python would be appreciated :)

We have been fortunate enough to work with NinjaOne for the last several years. In this time, NinjaOne has continued to make itself invaluable by staying ahead of the game with constant updates and new feature release. I really don't know what I would do without them!

NinjaOne has been a game-changer for our company! It streamlines IT management with powerful automation, remote monitoring, and patching tools that keep our systems secure and efficient. The intuitive interface and excellent support save us time and reduce complexity—helping our team focus on what matters most. Highly recommend!
